Declaration of Human Rights Violation against Children.

Declaration of Human Rights Violation against Children.
The Issue
International Court of Justice an inquest on behalf of ALL Children.
We believe that the Children of the World can not endure further harm and that the system in place has allowed for Children to endure irrevocable damages alleged.
Those that sign this Petition are taking a stand on behalf of those that cannot defend themselves. They are saying, Children matter regardless of race, religion or creed.
Recalling that, in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the United Nations , proclaimed that childhood is entitled to special care and assistance. *
Bearing in mind that, as indicated in the Declaration of the Rights of the Child, "the child, by reason of his physical and mental immaturity, needs special safeguards and care, including appropriate legal protection, before as well as after birth." *
We believe that that the International Court of Justice is necessary to examine the following Human Rights concerns and call for greater protection for Children.
I. Indigenous Children
II. Children in Care
III. International Adoptees
IV. Children who are Detained
V. Missing Children & Human Trafficking
VI. Children with Special Needs
Let’s continue the momentum and shine a little light on The Children of the World.
We are all apart of something bigger.

🪶 With Gratitude to the Survivors of the Sixties Scoop
We extend our deepest thanks to the Indigenous survivors of the Sixties Scoop — who, through their courage, resilience, and testimony, paved the way for children to be heard.
Your voices shook silence.
Your stories opened eyes.
Your endurance became a compass for justice.
You taught the world that systems must be held accountable —
and that children are not property, but sacred lives deserving of truth, belonging, and love. You shared in healing and teaching.
This petition stands in solidarity with your legacy —
and carries your wisdom forward in the fight to protect every child.
We offer our gratitude to the First Nations and respectfully acknowledge the past and ongoing stewardship of land and honour Indigenous teachings.
