The Issue

We the People of the United States of America, implacable in our resolve and righteous in our fury, hereby formally petition the Federal government for a redress of our grievances. From sea to shining sea, We the People bear the burdens of unjust taxation, onerous laws, and destructive policies. The Constitution, which is meant to fetter the Federal Government, is ignored and brazenly violated. Our cries for accountability from our institutions fall on deaf ears. Judges operate outside of their constitutional scope, exceeding reasonable checks and balances. Our idle Congress continues to ignore the will of the People, instead representing the interests of donors and corporations. 

Therefore, laying claim to our sacred Birthright, we again thunder these words: “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.--That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, --That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to affect their Safety and Happiness.”

Yet despite a long history of Federal usurpations of power and egregious injustices, We the People hold fast to peaceful action and seek formal redress of our grievances. We swear allegiance to our mighty Constitution, the supreme Law of the Land, which our government is meant to obey. Let light shine, therefore, upon these stark truths before all nations:

 

1.   During the COVID pandemic, there were countless examples of Constitutional violations at all levels of government, including but not limited to mandates of masks and vaccines, lockdowns, forced closure of private businesses and organizations, and enforced isolation. The experimental vaccine was ipso facto mandated for healthcare workers from the federal level, via non-legislative policies made by CMS, which it pushed on all hospitals who receive Medicare / Medicaid; this vaccine was fast-tracked by the FDA in decision and review made behind closed doors, with clinical testing data which demonstrably shows a very dangerous risk profile – data which has actively been concealed from the public eye, to the detriment of many. There must be accountability for those who acted illegally, a public revelation of the truths about the COVID shot, and future protections put in place to prevent a repeat of these mandates and behaviors.

a.     Article 1, sec 1 – Congress made no law, yet mandates occurred

b.     1st Amendment – Churches were forcibly closed during COVID; the federal government colluded with Big Tech to censor free speech in social media, single-handedly deciding what was true or not

c.     4th Amendment – Vaccine “passports” were needed to freely travel, which was also a breach of HIPAA law

d.     5th Amendment and 14th Amendment, sec 1 – Liberty was taken from citizens, without due process of law; in some cases, Life was taken as evidenced by placement of COVID-positive patients in nursing homes

e.     Declaration of Independence – The foundational principles of our nation, namely Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness, were trampled upon through nearly all actions taken by force of government during COVID

f.      Principle of Autonomy – Individuals were unable to make independent, informed and consensual decisions about their own healthcare, particularly as the true data on the vaccine was hidden from them

 

2.   Long-suspected infidelity with taxpayer funds has been confirmed by the DOGE team, revealing what is likely to be just the tip of the iceberg. Disgusting pork barrel spending habits, money funneled into NGOs for personal gain, and woke pet projects around the world are a few examples of this. Our national debt is approaching 37 trillion dollars while we are taxed to death, and our government is spending money like a drunken sailor. We demand accountability for this, immediate codification of the DOGE cuts, and a balanced budget. 

a.     Article 1, sec 8 – Congress is to “pay the debts”, which it is no longer able to do, thanks in large part to ongoing fiscal infidelity

b.     Article 1, sec 9 – Congress is to provide detailed receipts of ALL public spending, which it routinely fails to do

c.     Article 6 Oath to the Constitution is continuously being broken by any Congressman involved in this waste, fraud and abuse

d.     The Preamble to the Constitution – Violation of the principle of Justice, and of failing to provide for the general welfare of the People

e.     The Declaration of Independence – Highlights the notion of taxation without representation, one of the core issues our founding fathers had with the British Crown

 

3.   Illegal immigration, long a major problem along our southern border, has become a literal invasion of our country. Millions of Americans watched live feeds of hordes of illegals streaming over our border during the Biden years, traveling there from all around the world. Countless numbers of gang members, hardened criminals, and even terrorists have been able to enter unchecked; human trafficking and illegal drug shipments went unstopped, leading to the rape of untold numbers of children. Our government didn’t stop it or care to protect us, instead facilitated it and took actions to stop states like Texas when they dared to protect their borders. All effort should be made to secure the border, finish the border wall, and repel the invasion. Illegal immigrants need to be humanely deported to their home countries. The leadership involved during Biden’s invasion should be charged with treason. 

a.     Article 1, sec 8 – It is a duty of Congress to use the armed forces to repel an invasion

b.     Article 1, sec 10 – States have Constitutional authority to repel an invasion of their borders, without need of Congress

c.     Article 4, sec 4 – The United States federal government guarantees the States protection from invasion

d.     The Preamble to the Constitution – Violation of most listed purposes, but especially Domestic Tranquility and common defense, by permitting and facilitating the problem

e.     The Declaration of Independence – Counter to the purpose of establishing a government, whose primary responsibility is to protect and defend our sacred rights and safety

 

4.   The safety, security and honesty of our elections has been seriously called into question in recent years, particularly the election of 2020. The evidence gathered by independent groups shows that this election was at least rigged and interfered with, if not outright stolen. Ballot machines can be hacked easily, as demonstrated by investigators, and are actively connected to the internet. Mail-in ballots are highly insecure and still widely used post-COVID, ballot harvesting is rampant even where its illegal, “glitches” in the system always seem to favor one party, chain of custody with physical ballots is not consistently maintained, and so on. In addition, even basic safety measures like voter ID are actively shot down by Democrats who call it “racist”. We demand a full forensic audit of the 2020 election, including all evidence gathered so far being presented in a court of law. We demand full accountability for anyone who is found guilty of rigging, cheating, or interfering with elections. We insist on having fair, free and secure elections, having laws that protect the safety of the vote, and having clean voter rolls. 

a.     Article 1, sec 2 describes the manner in which Representatives are elected, and the 17th Amendment creates this process for Senators; Article 2, sec 1 describes the manner in which the President is elected, which the 12th Amendment further clarifies

b.     Article 4, sec 4 – The US federal government guarantees the States a Republican form of government, meaning legitimately elected representatives of the People

c.     15th Amendment – Prevents voter discrimination based on race

d.     19th Amendment – Allows women to vote

e.     24th Amendment – Prevents poll tax from stopping voters

f.      26th Amendment - Prevents age discrimination for voters, and establishes the voting age at 18 years old

g.     6 separate Amendments and 2 sections of the Constitution are dedicated to protecting voter rights, indicating the extreme importance of this. It should be obvious that voter security, freedom, and honesty is critical

h.     Members of Congress who fail to make voter security laws, members of the Executive who fail to enforce voter security, and members of the Judiciary who fail to hear and litigate cases of voter concern, are all in violation of their Article 6 Oath to the Constitution

i.      Preamble to the Constitution – Failing to protect the vote is an affront to the principle of Justice

j.       Declaration of Independence – The importance of representation in a government, which exists only by the consent of the People, is stated clearly in the Declaration. A government which is not honestly elected does not represent the will of the People, and is illegitimate

 

5.   Our beloved veterans, who have selflessly served this country, have been betrayed countless times over the years. They are often given poor or inadequate care through the VA system, leading to unnecessary health complications or death. Many who have served active-duty roles are haunted by PTSD and other severe mental health conditions, which are not adequately treated, leading to drug use, homelessness, and suicide. Veteran safety has historically been abused, through obvious examples like Agent Orange in Vietnam, exposure to nuclear radiation from testing of bombs, and forced experimental vaccination with the MRNA COVID shot. Our veterans deserve the absolute best, in health care, mental health services, job assistance, and safety. We demand that these things are drastically improved, that homeless vets receive the outreach they deserve. Instead of funding going to house and feed illegal immigrants in hotels and with maximum benefit EBT cards, it needs to go to help our veterans in need.

a.     Article 1, sec 8 describes that Congress is responsible for creating laws to “organize, arm and discipline” our military forces, and for creating law “governing” them

b.     14th Amendment, sec 1 – Establishes that life cannot be deprived without due process of law, and that there is equal treatment under the law; veterans cannot be treated poorly or less than others, under the law

c.     Congress fails its Article 6 Oath to the Constitution by improper governance of our veterans

d.     Preamble to the Constitution – Congress fails to uphold Justice, fails to promote the general Welfare, and is not adequately providing for the common defense when it doesn’t care for veterans

e.     Declaration of Independence – Life is disrespected and placed in jeopardy by Congress not taking adequate care of our veterans

 

6.   January 6th, 2021 has been used to perpetrate great injustice on the American people. There has been a steady trickle of evidence showing that the entire event was a set-up, from the Speaker’s denial of extra security to undercover FBI acting as agitators in the crowd to the media’s propagandist spin of an “insurrection” where crowds walked peacefully in the Capitol. After the event, a nationwide witch hunt ensued where the FBI dedicated significant bandwidth to tracking down anyone who was even on Capitol grounds that day, kicking their door in, and charging them with crimes. Jan 6th prisoners were kept in horrendous conditions, even in solitary confinement, denied a speedy trial, assigned questionable or made-up charges, and given the harshest of sentences. Anyone involved in the set-up, but most especially politicians, must be charged with crimes and held accountable. Any defendants who were mistreated or had rights violated should be immediately paid restitution for what they had to endure. The truth about Jan 6th must be publicly acknowledged with all conspirators revealed and should be used as an illustration of what a weaponized government can do to destroy lives.

a.     6th Amendment – Defendants were denied a speedy trial. It is unlikely that they could get an impartial jury (or judge) in DC either

b.     8th Amendment – Defendants were, in some cases, subject to cruel and unusual punishment while imprisoned

c.     14th Amendment – We are entitled to “equal protection under the law”, which would infer that extremely harsh sentences should not be given out for relatively minor lawbreaking to first-time offenders

d.     Breach of Article 6 Oath to the Constitution by any official who was involved in the set-up, and by any judge who did not act impartially

e.     The Preamble to the Constitution – Violation of the principle of Justice

f.      Declaration of Independence – Violation of the principle of Liberty

 

7.   The FDA, who is tasked in part with keeping our food safe for consumption, has allowed countless chemicals to be added to our foods and highly toxic compounds to be used as pesticides. Many of these chemicals are banned in other nations, where heavy lobbying by food corporations has a less apparent impact and individual health and safety takes priority. There is a history of prior food executives working for the FDA and vice versa, which is a clear conflict of interest. There must be accountability from the corrupt individuals who have been involved with this, and a complete investigation and purge of the FDA as they cannot be trusted; any additive which may be harmful must be independently evaluated and banned from consumption if found to be toxic.

a.     Pursuant to Article 1, sec 8, the FDA falls beneath Congressional authority and oversight, as a means of regulating commerce; lack of oversight has facilitated:

        i.     5th Amendment and 14th Amendment, sec 1 – Shortening or depriving countless people of Life, by enabling the consumption of poisons

        ii.     Declaration of Independence – A national health epidemic, in part because of the toxins we consume, leading to a drastic increase in obesity and other preventable diseases which deprive us of Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness

        iii.     The Preamble to the Constitution – Failing to promote the general Welfare of the People by not protecting our health and well-being; ignoring Justice by permitting overt conflicts of interest

 

8.   The Patriot Act – an ironic name – is perhaps the most dangerous piece of legislation ever passed. Taking advantage of the fears of Americans post-9/11, this law allows federal law enforcement to violate our rights in the name of safety. It also permits the indefinite incarceration of non-citizens, which is a blatant human rights violation. This law must be immediately repealed.

a.     1st Amendment – FBI can investigate individuals who exercise legal free speech, creating a chilling effect

b.     4th Amendment – Law enforcement can carry out searches without needing to notify you until a much later time

c.     6th Amendment – You have the right to be informed of the nature and cause of accusation against you, and to be confronted by any witnesses against you

d.     Article 1, sec 8 – This law is outside the scope of Congress

e.     Article 1, sec 9 – Habeas corpus shall not be suspended except in invasion or rebellion

f.      14th Amendment, sec 1 – Abridges the “privileges and immunities” of US citizens, specifically the rights listed and our privacy

g.     The Preamble to the Constitution – This law is an affront to Justice, and it undermines the blessings of Liberty

h.     The Declaration of Independence - Counter to the purpose of establishing a government, whose primary responsibility is to protect and defend our sacred rights; denies Liberty to the People

 

9.   The legitimacy of our government has been seriously called into question by the revelations of the JFK assassination, among other events. Recent documents released to the public on this subject indicate connections between our CIA, Mossad, and the assassin(s). If elements of our CIA, rogue or otherwise, were involved in this event, then our government lost its legitimacy; this amounts to a coup by the deep state to install a more friendly President. Since the “victors” covered this up, it was buried from public eye until now and those who acted in this fashion were never held accountable. This calls into question the ongoing legitimacy of the US government, as there is no knowing what else was done by these rogue actors in the years which followed. Furthermore, some evidence has shown that Nixon was set up and forced out of office, which would be yet another coup. Lastly, the 2020 election has repeatedly been called into question, something that would make the Biden presidency illegitimate. We demand full transparency on these issues, with a complete and unredacted release of all classified information. Anyone involved in any kind of coup needs to be held accountable, and any government agency which plotted in this fashion should be dismantled. 

a.     Article 3, sec 3 – Treason against the US government is defined as either levying War against it (assassination, overthrow, and election fraud are valid acts of War), or adhering to its enemies (anyone involved in said plots); punishment for treason is determined by Congress

         i.     It should be noted that violating an Article 6 Oath to the Constitution would also constitute treason, though in this case not against the US government but against the Constitution; violating the Constitution is treason against the People of the US, not against the government. Article 3, sec 3 only defines treason against the US government, both in format and the wording of “levying war against” and “adhering to their enemies”. The Constitution and the US government are separate entities, with the Constitution being the “parent” and the government being the “child”

b.     14th Amendment, sec 3 – People who have engaged in insurrection, rebellion, or given “aid or comfort to the enemies” of the US government cannot serve in any government or military role

c.     Obvious violation of any Oath to the Constitution by officials who engaged in a coup

 

10.  During times of national crises, FEMA is meant to provide aid and support to those in disaster areas, something that people count on when they are told to expect it. Most recently, in the aftermath of Hurricane Helene, the people of the southeastern US were abandoned and ignored, left to fend for themselves and die by the government sworn to protect them. FEMA’s response was late, sparse, and underwhelming, magnifying the death and suffering. The individuals who committed crimes or malfeasance must be held accountable, and FEMA should be disbanded.

a.     FEMA currently falls under the Department of Homeland Security, which could be loosely justified under Article 1, sec 8 Congressional powers; thus, regulation and oversight of FEMA lies with Congress:

         i.     5th Amendment and 14th Amendment, sec 1 – Abandoning the People to death, when promises were made otherwise; failing to equally apply the law, as some historical FEMA responses have been better in other parts of the country

         ii.     Declaration of Independence – Again failing to protect the lives of those who are vulnerable and in need

         iii.     The Preamble to the Constitution – Failing to promote the general Welfare of the People by failing at FEMA’s core mission; Failing to secure the Blessings of Liberty for the people served, and contributing to generational poverty by abandoning them

 

11.  The last time Congress passed a balanced budget was 2001 – twenty-four years ago. Government departments are encouraged to spend all funds allocated to them or they risk losing it the following year, so spending never shrinks it only grows. As DOGE discovered, countless billions in spending from the Treasury is sent out without marking what it’s for, making auditing impossible. Inconceivable amounts of dollars are spent on our military, sent to the Pentagon who cannot account for it and fails all audits. Government contracts are not given to the budget bidder but to the same insider companies in a corrupt fashion. Congress must immediately pass a balanced budget, without any more continuing resolutions that push the issue off. All necessary cuts to achieve this – without raising taxes – must happen.

e.     The Declaration of Independence – Highlights the notion of taxation without representation, one of the core issues our founding fathers had with the British Crown

 

12.  Members of Congress engage in insider trading with absolute impunity, enriching themselves while in office. At a current pay rate of $174,000 annually, members of Congress routinely see their wealth magnify inexplicably into the many millions; Nancy Pelosi is a great example of this. There must be the force of law to prevent future abuses like this, accountability for those who have done it, and we need a Constitutional Amendment to set term limits for Congress to minimize corruption and prevent career politicians.

a.     Article 1, sec 6 – Compensation while in office is to be “ascertained by law and paid out by the Treasury”; other forms of enrichment as result of being in office would be a violation of this clause

b.     Breach of Article 6 Oath to the Constitution by any Congressman who engages in this type of illicit behavior

c.     The Preamble to the Constitution – An affront to the principle of Justice

 

13.  The use of money to lobby in politics must be stopped, as this flow of cash is directly feeding corruption. Corporations and special interest groups pay money to fund campaigns in exchange for helpful votes in the future. As a result, we have politicians who make promises to the People, whom they are meant to represent, that then go to Washington and vote entirely differently. Our congressmen do not represent us or our states, they represent their donors. This must stop, with ironclad legislation or an Amendment put in place to prevent it. A sizeable public fund should be established with tax dollars to pay for all the costs of an election, with equal allotment of funds between candidates, so that no private funding or contributions are needed or permitted to run for office. The 17th Amendment, which allows the election of Senators, should be repealed, so that the States again have proper representation in Congress. Lastly, we need universal ability to recall our congressmen from office if they break their campaign promises or ignore the will of the People.

a.     Article 1 (intent) – The purpose of a Representative is to represent the People of their district, which members of Congress consistently fail to do on countless issues. In this case, congressmen too often represent the interests of their donors, not that of the People

b.     Article 1, sec 3 – Establishes Senators as representatives of their State, which is why they were appointed. The 17th Amendment steals power from the States by making Senators elected, meaning they are now little different from Representatives

c.     Article 1, sec 6 – Compensation while in office is to be “ascertained by law and paid out by the Treasury”; other forms of enrichment as result of being in office would be a violation of this clause

d.     Breach of Article 6 Oath to the Constitution by any congressman who votes according to the requests or demands of a donor and not the people of their district or state, a treasonous activity

e.     The Preamble to the Constitution – Violation of the principle of Justice, and fails to promote the general Welfare

f.      Declaration of Independence – Violates the consent of the governed

 

14.  Congress on occasion passes laws which are overtly unconstitutional, subjecting us all to their injustice and forcing what often amounts to years of court battles and millions of private funding to have them judicially overturned. Those who write and vote for these unconstitutional laws never face any legal consequence for their behavior and are emboldened to just do it again. There must be a law passed to address this problem and ensure future accountability.

a.     Breach of Article 6 Oath to the Constitution by any Congressman who votes for such a bill, and by anyone who enforces these laws; recall that breaking this oath is treason against the Constitution and the People

b.     Article 6 – This Article also states that only laws which are made “in pursuance of" the Constitution are valid; the Supreme Court has also ruled on this, stating that “all laws which are repugnant to the Constitution are null and void”

c.     The Declaration of Independence - Counter to the purpose of establishing a government, whose primary responsibility is to protect and defend our sacred rights

 

15.  Congress has sent billions of dollars of our tax money overseas to pay for other people’s wars, largely in Ukraine and Israel. Despite escalating levels of public anger at this behavior, Congress continued to fund war and death, at one point waiving Ukrainian flags inside the House. We demand that this war funding ends, that all avenues to peace are aggressively pursued, and that American tax dollars stay in America to pay for our own needs.

a.     Article 1, sec 8 – Funding the war of a foreign nation is considerably outside the scope of Congress, making it unconstitutional

b.     Article 1 (intent) – The purpose of a Representative is to represent the People of their district, which members of Congress consistently fail to do on countless issues. In this case, Congress ignored the will of the People, who were largely opposed to continued war funding

c.     Preamble to the Constitution – Funding of foreign wars does not “ensure domestic tranquility”; worsens the budget crisis which does not “secure the blessings of liberty” to posterity; undermines the principle of Justice

d.     Declaration of Independence – Budget crisis is exacerbated by this spending which is an assault on our present and future Liberty, especially through the taxation required to pay for it

 

16.  We are meant to have equal protection under the law, and all laws are meant to apply to everyone equally. Yet time and again people in positions of wealth, power or authority are given free passes on crimes which “average” folks would see prison for. Hillary Clinton is a perfect example of this during the 2016 election cycle, as are the Congress members breaking laws at the ICE facility in NJ. Anyone who breaks a law must be held accountable, regardless of their status or party affiliation. 

a.     14th Amendment – We are entitled to “equal protection under the law”, which is incumbent upon equal treatment and enforcement

b.     Article 1, sec 6 – The immunity clause only applies during “Attendance at the session” and transit directly to and from it. This means when Congressmen are physically in the House doing their duties, during the active session. It does not apply outside of this, nor does it apply for instances of treason, felony and breach of the peace

c.     Breach of Article 6 Oath to the Constitution by any official who fails to do their duties in ensuring equal treatment

d.     The Preamble to the Constitution – Violation of the principle of Justice

 

17.  Our federal government, through its agencies and individuals, was actively involved in the censoring of free speech during the Biden presidency. Purchase of Twitter by Elon Musk allowed us to see how direct pressure and communications from government officials led to this censorship on social media platforms. The US government decided what was true or not, and what opinions it did not approve of, and then used its power to suppress that speech. We demand accountability for this, from those who engaged in the behavior and those who ordered it done. Censorship of free speech, through action, law, or intimidation, must never occur in a free society.

a.     Article 1, section 8 describes the powers of Congress, which does not include censorship of free speech; Congress established the various agencies which operate beneath it, within which various individuals engaged in this behavior

b.     1st Amendment – Congress shall make no law abridging free speech, and as this is an individual right, it follows that government shall not censor through force of action

c.     5th Amendment – You cannot be deprived of life, liberty or property without force of law; as Congress cannot make law abridging speech, deprivation of this liberty is a direct violation of individual rights

d.     14th Amendment, sec 1 – Again, you cannot be deprived of life, liberty or property without due process of law

e.     Preamble to the Constitution – Undermines the Blessings of Liberty

f.      Declaration of Independence – Contrary to the principles of Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness

 

18.  Our federal government exists in a permanent state of violation of all restraints the Constitution is supposed to place upon it. Article 1, sec 8 specifically lists the powers that fall to Congress regarding federal legislation and authority; any other departments created, or powers seized beyond this are blatantly unconstitutional, and per the 10th Amendment fall to the States. All laws, rules, policies, and regulations outside the scope of Congressional authority must be systematically repealed at the federal level and kicked back to the individual States. 

a.     Article 1, sec 8 – As noted, the primary scope of Congress is listed here in a simple outline format with clear language

        i.     The opening lines of Article 1, sec 8 lists providing for the “general Welfare”, a phrase which has been intentionally misinterpreted to mean Congress can do ANYTHING so long as it benefits the People. These opening lines are the introduction of the concepts which will follow, which are then listed point-by-point; welfare is a guiding principle by which Congress is to frame laws within the scope that follows. If “welfare” was meant to be anything Congress wanted, there would be no need to list the specific powers. The Constitution is meant to be a restraint on government, not an open door.

        ii.     The closing lines of Article 1, sec 8 is referred to as the “sweeping clause”, and has also been used to incorrectly justify the expansion of Congressional powers. Just as the first lines are an introduction, the final lines are the conclusion. This clause gives legislative authority for Congress within the scope of the “foregoing powers” and “all other powers vested by this Constitution”. As the Constitution is very specific throughout when it comes to limiting government power, it is impossible to read this clause as any kind of expansion of authority.

b.     10th Amendment – Any powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution belong to the States or the People

c.     Declaration of Independence – By its very nature, the People have less influence and control of our federal government than we do of our local and state governments. A bloated federal government treads upon our Liberty and leaves us disempowered, one of the key principles of the Declaration. 

 

19.  Americans are subjected to abusive levels of taxation. The average individual pays over 50% of their annual income in total taxation, something akin to modern-day slavery. Income tax forces direct servitude to the government and makes it very hard to make a living – something that was unconstitutional until the unjust 16th Amendment passed. Property tax makes actual land ownership impossible, as you are functionally only renting it from the government – stop paying and it will be seized from you. What happened to Liberty? The only fair tax is based on sales and service, which is a consensual activity. The IRS must be abolished and the 16th Amendment repealed, ending all income tax. The entire tax system must be revised and narrowed in scope to cover only sales, service, and tariffs. Doing so will also force a drastic reduction in the federal budget, something which is desperately needed.

a.     Constitutional Intent – To limit the size and power of the federal government; to prevent a massive and centralized power structure, where most or all power is concentrated in one place

b.     Preamble to the Constitution – Excessive taxation is both unjust and destroys the “Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity”

c.     Declaration of Independence – Excessive taxation is repugnant to the principle of Liberty and the “Pursuit of Happiness”; the founding fathers raised revolution against the British Crown for excessive taxation, and taxation without representation, as one of the principal grievances

 

20.  The Judicial branch holds unchecked power, which it increasingly wields in an activist manner. Federal judges can rule on cases in a way that then dictates Executive actions, sets dangerous legal precedents, and reinterprets laws. The sole check on judicial power is through impeachment by Congress, who sits idly by and allows this inappropriate behavior. Furthermore, since judges are appointed, they serve for life and cannot be held accountable by the People. Congress must act to limit the scope of judicial rulings and impeach those who act in an inappropriate or unconstitutional manner. 

a.     Article 1, sec 2 states that Congress has the sole power of impeachment, and Article 3, sec 1 states that judges “shall hold their offices during good Behavior”; this confirms that Congress may impeach a judge, held accountable to the low bar of “Behavior”

b.     Breach of Article 6 Oath to the Constitution by any judges who act outside their scope or make rulings counter to the Constitution

c.     The Preamble to the Constitution – Violation of the principle of Justice

21.  Our 2nd Amendment clearly and boldly protects our individual right to keep and bear arms, stating that said right shall not be infringed. Yet our federal government has made laws which clearly infringe on this right, such as the current laws restricting ownership of full auto firearms or the historical laws banning “assault rifles”. Any laws or regulations banning firearm ownership must be immediately repealed, and the ATF must be permanently disbanded.

a.     2nd Amendment – As noted above, this individual right shall not be infringed

b.     Breach of Article 6 Oath to the Constitution by any Congressman who votes for such a bill, and by anyone who enforces these laws

 

22.  American land and corporations have been purchased by China, a bad actor and hostile nation, compromising our national security. In many instances, this Chinese-owned land is near sensitive military installations, increasing the risk of espionage. All lands owned by China on US soil must be reclaimed, and any Chinese businesses must be severely restricted to protect consumers.

a.     Pursuant to Article 1, sec 8, this duty belongs to Congress, who in accordance with their Article 6 Oath to the Constitution, is failing to protect our nation from harm

 

Before God and all mankind, we declare these grievances to be both true and offensive. It is of greatest importance that drastic progress be made towards addressing these wrongs, as a nation no longer bound by common principles and laws surely cannot hold. The sacred contract between the People and the government has demonstrably been broken many times over, and a government can only exist with the consent of those who are served. Therefore, We the People demand that our grievances be rectified with haste, and state that a reevaluation of these concerns will take place one year hence. Should our Federal Government fail to address our needs in a satisfactory way, it shall become necessary to immediately pursue all other Constitutional actions. May this lead to open and honest dialogue, real solutions, and an honorable restoration of our sacred trust.

We the People of the United States of America, implacable in our resolve and righteous in our fury, hereby formally petition the Federal government for a redress of our grievances. From sea to shining sea, We the People bear the burdens of unjust taxation, onerous laws, and destructive policies. The Constitution, which is meant to fetter the Federal Government, is ignored and brazenly violated. Our cries for accountability from our institutions fall on deaf ears. Judges operate outside of their constitutional scope, exceeding reasonable checks and balances. Our idle Congress continues to ignore the will of the People, instead representing the interests of donors and corporations. 

Therefore, laying claim to our sacred Birthright, we again thunder these words: “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.--That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, --That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to affect their Safety and Happiness.”

Yet despite a long history of Federal usurpations of power and egregious injustices, We the People hold fast to peaceful action and seek formal redress of our grievances. We swear allegiance to our mighty Constitution, the supreme Law of the Land, which our government is meant to obey. Let light shine, therefore, upon these stark truths before all nations:

 

1.   During the COVID pandemic, there were countless examples of Constitutional violations at all levels of government, including but not limited to mandates of masks and vaccines, lockdowns, forced closure of private businesses and organizations, and enforced isolation. The experimental vaccine was ipso facto mandated for healthcare workers from the federal level, via non-legislative policies made by CMS, which it pushed on all hospitals who receive Medicare / Medicaid; this vaccine was fast-tracked by the FDA in decision and review made behind closed doors, with clinical testing data which demonstrably shows a very dangerous risk profile – data which has actively been concealed from the public eye, to the detriment of many. There must be accountability for those who acted illegally, a public revelation of the truths about the COVID shot, and future protections put in place to prevent a repeat of these mandates and behaviors.

a.     Article 1, sec 1 – Congress made no law, yet mandates occurred

b.     1st Amendment – Churches were forcibly closed during COVID; the federal government colluded with Big Tech to censor free speech in social media, single-handedly deciding what was true or not

c.     4th Amendment – Vaccine “passports” were needed to freely travel, which was also a breach of HIPAA law

d.     5th Amendment and 14th Amendment, sec 1 – Liberty was taken from citizens, without due process of law; in some cases, Life was taken as evidenced by placement of COVID-positive patients in nursing homes

e.     Declaration of Independence – The foundational principles of our nation, namely Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness, were trampled upon through nearly all actions taken by force of government during COVID

f.      Principle of Autonomy – Individuals were unable to make independent, informed and consensual decisions about their own healthcare, particularly as the true data on the vaccine was hidden from them

 

2.   Long-suspected infidelity with taxpayer funds has been confirmed by the DOGE team, revealing what is likely to be just the tip of the iceberg. Disgusting pork barrel spending habits, money funneled into NGOs for personal gain, and woke pet projects around the world are a few examples of this. Our national debt is approaching 37 trillion dollars while we are taxed to death, and our government is spending money like a drunken sailor. We demand accountability for this, immediate codification of the DOGE cuts, and a balanced budget. 

a.     Article 1, sec 8 – Congress is to “pay the debts”, which it is no longer able to do, thanks in large part to ongoing fiscal infidelity

b.     Article 1, sec 9 – Congress is to provide detailed receipts of ALL public spending, which it routinely fails to do

c.     Article 6 Oath to the Constitution is continuously being broken by any Congressman involved in this waste, fraud and abuse

d.     The Preamble to the Constitution – Violation of the principle of Justice, and of failing to provide for the general welfare of the People

e.     The Declaration of Independence – Highlights the notion of taxation without representation, one of the core issues our founding fathers had with the British Crown

 

3.   Illegal immigration, long a major problem along our southern border, has become a literal invasion of our country. Millions of Americans watched live feeds of hordes of illegals streaming over our border during the Biden years, traveling there from all around the world. Countless numbers of gang members, hardened criminals, and even terrorists have been able to enter unchecked; human trafficking and illegal drug shipments went unstopped, leading to the rape of untold numbers of children. Our government didn’t stop it or care to protect us, instead facilitated it and took actions to stop states like Texas when they dared to protect their borders. All effort should be made to secure the border, finish the border wall, and repel the invasion. Illegal immigrants need to be humanely deported to their home countries. The leadership involved during Biden’s invasion should be charged with treason. 

a.     Article 1, sec 8 – It is a duty of Congress to use the armed forces to repel an invasion

b.     Article 1, sec 10 – States have Constitutional authority to repel an invasion of their borders, without need of Congress

c.     Article 4, sec 4 – The United States federal government guarantees the States protection from invasion

d.     The Preamble to the Constitution – Violation of most listed purposes, but especially Domestic Tranquility and common defense, by permitting and facilitating the problem

e.     The Declaration of Independence – Counter to the purpose of establishing a government, whose primary responsibility is to protect and defend our sacred rights and safety

 

4.   The safety, security and honesty of our elections has been seriously called into question in recent years, particularly the election of 2020. The evidence gathered by independent groups shows that this election was at least rigged and interfered with, if not outright stolen. Ballot machines can be hacked easily, as demonstrated by investigators, and are actively connected to the internet. Mail-in ballots are highly insecure and still widely used post-COVID, ballot harvesting is rampant even where its illegal, “glitches” in the system always seem to favor one party, chain of custody with physical ballots is not consistently maintained, and so on. In addition, even basic safety measures like voter ID are actively shot down by Democrats who call it “racist”. We demand a full forensic audit of the 2020 election, including all evidence gathered so far being presented in a court of law. We demand full accountability for anyone who is found guilty of rigging, cheating, or interfering with elections. We insist on having fair, free and secure elections, having laws that protect the safety of the vote, and having clean voter rolls. 

a.     Article 1, sec 2 describes the manner in which Representatives are elected, and the 17th Amendment creates this process for Senators; Article 2, sec 1 describes the manner in which the President is elected, which the 12th Amendment further clarifies

b.     Article 4, sec 4 – The US federal government guarantees the States a Republican form of government, meaning legitimately elected representatives of the People

c.     15th Amendment – Prevents voter discrimination based on race

d.     19th Amendment – Allows women to vote

e.     24th Amendment – Prevents poll tax from stopping voters

f.      26th Amendment - Prevents age discrimination for voters, and establishes the voting age at 18 years old

g.     6 separate Amendments and 2 sections of the Constitution are dedicated to protecting voter rights, indicating the extreme importance of this. It should be obvious that voter security, freedom, and honesty is critical

h.     Members of Congress who fail to make voter security laws, members of the Executive who fail to enforce voter security, and members of the Judiciary who fail to hear and litigate cases of voter concern, are all in violation of their Article 6 Oath to the Constitution

i.      Preamble to the Constitution – Failing to protect the vote is an affront to the principle of Justice

j.       Declaration of Independence – The importance of representation in a government, which exists only by the consent of the People, is stated clearly in the Declaration. A government which is not honestly elected does not represent the will of the People, and is illegitimate

 

5.   Our beloved veterans, who have selflessly served this country, have been betrayed countless times over the years. They are often given poor or inadequate care through the VA system, leading to unnecessary health complications or death. Many who have served active-duty roles are haunted by PTSD and other severe mental health conditions, which are not adequately treated, leading to drug use, homelessness, and suicide. Veteran safety has historically been abused, through obvious examples like Agent Orange in Vietnam, exposure to nuclear radiation from testing of bombs, and forced experimental vaccination with the MRNA COVID shot. Our veterans deserve the absolute best, in health care, mental health services, job assistance, and safety. We demand that these things are drastically improved, that homeless vets receive the outreach they deserve. Instead of funding going to house and feed illegal immigrants in hotels and with maximum benefit EBT cards, it needs to go to help our veterans in need.

a.     Article 1, sec 8 describes that Congress is responsible for creating laws to “organize, arm and discipline” our military forces, and for creating law “governing” them

b.     14th Amendment, sec 1 – Establishes that life cannot be deprived without due process of law, and that there is equal treatment under the law; veterans cannot be treated poorly or less than others, under the law

c.     Congress fails its Article 6 Oath to the Constitution by improper governance of our veterans

d.     Preamble to the Constitution – Congress fails to uphold Justice, fails to promote the general Welfare, and is not adequately providing for the common defense when it doesn’t care for veterans

e.     Declaration of Independence – Life is disrespected and placed in jeopardy by Congress not taking adequate care of our veterans

 

6.   January 6th, 2021 has been used to perpetrate great injustice on the American people. There has been a steady trickle of evidence showing that the entire event was a set-up, from the Speaker’s denial of extra security to undercover FBI acting as agitators in the crowd to the media’s propagandist spin of an “insurrection” where crowds walked peacefully in the Capitol. After the event, a nationwide witch hunt ensued where the FBI dedicated significant bandwidth to tracking down anyone who was even on Capitol grounds that day, kicking their door in, and charging them with crimes. Jan 6th prisoners were kept in horrendous conditions, even in solitary confinement, denied a speedy trial, assigned questionable or made-up charges, and given the harshest of sentences. Anyone involved in the set-up, but most especially politicians, must be charged with crimes and held accountable. Any defendants who were mistreated or had rights violated should be immediately paid restitution for what they had to endure. The truth about Jan 6th must be publicly acknowledged with all conspirators revealed and should be used as an illustration of what a weaponized government can do to destroy lives.

a.     6th Amendment – Defendants were denied a speedy trial. It is unlikely that they could get an impartial jury (or judge) in DC either

b.     8th Amendment – Defendants were, in some cases, subject to cruel and unusual punishment while imprisoned

c.     14th Amendment – We are entitled to “equal protection under the law”, which would infer that extremely harsh sentences should not be given out for relatively minor lawbreaking to first-time offenders

d.     Breach of Article 6 Oath to the Constitution by any official who was involved in the set-up, and by any judge who did not act impartially

e.     The Preamble to the Constitution – Violation of the principle of Justice

f.      Declaration of Independence – Violation of the principle of Liberty

 

7.   The FDA, who is tasked in part with keeping our food safe for consumption, has allowed countless chemicals to be added to our foods and highly toxic compounds to be used as pesticides. Many of these chemicals are banned in other nations, where heavy lobbying by food corporations has a less apparent impact and individual health and safety takes priority. There is a history of prior food executives working for the FDA and vice versa, which is a clear conflict of interest. There must be accountability from the corrupt individuals who have been involved with this, and a complete investigation and purge of the FDA as they cannot be trusted; any additive which may be harmful must be independently evaluated and banned from consumption if found to be toxic.

a.     Pursuant to Article 1, sec 8, the FDA falls beneath Congressional authority and oversight, as a means of regulating commerce; lack of oversight has facilitated:

        i.     5th Amendment and 14th Amendment, sec 1 – Shortening or depriving countless people of Life, by enabling the consumption of poisons

        ii.     Declaration of Independence – A national health epidemic, in part because of the toxins we consume, leading to a drastic increase in obesity and other preventable diseases which deprive us of Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness

        iii.     The Preamble to the Constitution – Failing to promote the general Welfare of the People by not protecting our health and well-being; ignoring Justice by permitting overt conflicts of interest

 

8.   The Patriot Act – an ironic name – is perhaps the most dangerous piece of legislation ever passed. Taking advantage of the fears of Americans post-9/11, this law allows federal law enforcement to violate our rights in the name of safety. It also permits the indefinite incarceration of non-citizens, which is a blatant human rights violation. This law must be immediately repealed.

a.     1st Amendment – FBI can investigate individuals who exercise legal free speech, creating a chilling effect

b.     4th Amendment – Law enforcement can carry out searches without needing to notify you until a much later time

c.     6th Amendment – You have the right to be informed of the nature and cause of accusation against you, and to be confronted by any witnesses against you

d.     Article 1, sec 8 – This law is outside the scope of Congress

e.     Article 1, sec 9 – Habeas corpus shall not be suspended except in invasion or rebellion

f.      14th Amendment, sec 1 – Abridges the “privileges and immunities” of US citizens, specifically the rights listed and our privacy

g.     The Preamble to the Constitution – This law is an affront to Justice, and it undermines the blessings of Liberty

h.     The Declaration of Independence - Counter to the purpose of establishing a government, whose primary responsibility is to protect and defend our sacred rights; denies Liberty to the People

 

9.   The legitimacy of our government has been seriously called into question by the revelations of the JFK assassination, among other events. Recent documents released to the public on this subject indicate connections between our CIA, Mossad, and the assassin(s). If elements of our CIA, rogue or otherwise, were involved in this event, then our government lost its legitimacy; this amounts to a coup by the deep state to install a more friendly President. Since the “victors” covered this up, it was buried from public eye until now and those who acted in this fashion were never held accountable. This calls into question the ongoing legitimacy of the US government, as there is no knowing what else was done by these rogue actors in the years which followed. Furthermore, some evidence has shown that Nixon was set up and forced out of office, which would be yet another coup. Lastly, the 2020 election has repeatedly been called into question, something that would make the Biden presidency illegitimate. We demand full transparency on these issues, with a complete and unredacted release of all classified information. Anyone involved in any kind of coup needs to be held accountable, and any government agency which plotted in this fashion should be dismantled. 

a.     Article 3, sec 3 – Treason against the US government is defined as either levying War against it (assassination, overthrow, and election fraud are valid acts of War), or adhering to its enemies (anyone involved in said plots); punishment for treason is determined by Congress

         i.     It should be noted that violating an Article 6 Oath to the Constitution would also constitute treason, though in this case not against the US government but against the Constitution; violating the Constitution is treason against the People of the US, not against the government. Article 3, sec 3 only defines treason against the US government, both in format and the wording of “levying war against” and “adhering to their enemies”. The Constitution and the US government are separate entities, with the Constitution being the “parent” and the government being the “child”

b.     14th Amendment, sec 3 – People who have engaged in insurrection, rebellion, or given “aid or comfort to the enemies” of the US government cannot serve in any government or military role

c.     Obvious violation of any Oath to the Constitution by officials who engaged in a coup

 

10.  During times of national crises, FEMA is meant to provide aid and support to those in disaster areas, something that people count on when they are told to expect it. Most recently, in the aftermath of Hurricane Helene, the people of the southeastern US were abandoned and ignored, left to fend for themselves and die by the government sworn to protect them. FEMA’s response was late, sparse, and underwhelming, magnifying the death and suffering. The individuals who committed crimes or malfeasance must be held accountable, and FEMA should be disbanded.

a.     FEMA currently falls under the Department of Homeland Security, which could be loosely justified under Article 1, sec 8 Congressional powers; thus, regulation and oversight of FEMA lies with Congress:

         i.     5th Amendment and 14th Amendment, sec 1 – Abandoning the People to death, when promises were made otherwise; failing to equally apply the law, as some historical FEMA responses have been better in other parts of the country

         ii.     Declaration of Independence – Again failing to protect the lives of those who are vulnerable and in need

         iii.     The Preamble to the Constitution – Failing to promote the general Welfare of the People by failing at FEMA’s core mission; Failing to secure the Blessings of Liberty for the people served, and contributing to generational poverty by abandoning them

 

11.  The last time Congress passed a balanced budget was 2001 – twenty-four years ago. Government departments are encouraged to spend all funds allocated to them or they risk losing it the following year, so spending never shrinks it only grows. As DOGE discovered, countless billions in spending from the Treasury is sent out without marking what it’s for, making auditing impossible. Inconceivable amounts of dollars are spent on our military, sent to the Pentagon who cannot account for it and fails all audits. Government contracts are not given to the budget bidder but to the same insider companies in a corrupt fashion. Congress must immediately pass a balanced budget, without any more continuing resolutions that push the issue off. All necessary cuts to achieve this – without raising taxes – must happen.

12.  Members of Congress engage in insider trading with absolute impunity, enriching themselves while in office. At a current pay rate of $174,000 annually, members of Congress routinely see their wealth magnify inexplicably into the many millions; Nancy Pelosi is a great example of this. There must be the force of law to prevent future abuses like this, accountability for those who have done it, and we need a Constitutional Amendment to set term limits for Congress to minimize corruption and prevent career politicians.

a.     Article 1, sec 6 – Compensation while in office is to be “ascertained by law and paid out by the Treasury”; other forms of enrichment as result of being in office would be a violation of this clause

b.     Breach of Article 6 Oath to the Constitution by any Congressman who engages in this type of illicit behavior

c.     The Preamble to the Constitution – An affront to the principle of Justice

 

13.  The use of money to lobby in politics must be stopped, as this flow of cash is directly feeding corruption. Corporations and special interest groups pay money to fund campaigns in exchange for helpful votes in the future. As a result, we have politicians who make promises to the People, whom they are meant to represent, that then go to Washington and vote entirely differently. Our congressmen do not represent us or our states, they represent their donors. This must stop, with ironclad legislation or an Amendment put in place to prevent it. A sizeable public fund should be established with tax dollars to pay for all the costs of an election, with equal allotment of funds between candidates, so that no private funding or contributions are needed or permitted to run for office. The 17th Amendment, which allows the election of Senators, should be repealed, so that the States again have proper representation in Congress. Lastly, we need universal ability to recall our congressmen from office if they break their campaign promises or ignore the will of the People.

a.     Article 1 (intent) – The purpose of a Representative is to represent the People of their district, which members of Congress consistently fail to do on countless issues. In this case, congressmen too often represent the interests of their donors, not that of the People

b.     Article 1, sec 3 – Establishes Senators as representatives of their State, which is why they were appointed. The 17th Amendment steals power from the States by making Senators elected, meaning they are now little different from Representatives

c.     Article 1, sec 6 – Compensation while in office is to be “ascertained by law and paid out by the Treasury”; other forms of enrichment as result of being in office would be a violation of this clause

d.     Breach of Article 6 Oath to the Constitution by any congressman who votes according to the requests or demands of a donor and not the people of their district or state, a treasonous activity

e.     The Preamble to the Constitution – Violation of the principle of Justice, and fails to promote the general Welfare

f.      Declaration of Independence – Violates the consent of the governed

 

14.  Congress on occasion passes laws which are overtly unconstitutional, subjecting us all to their injustice and forcing what often amounts to years of court battles and millions of private funding to have them judicially overturned. Those who write and vote for these unconstitutional laws never face any legal consequence for their behavior and are emboldened to just do it again. There must be a law passed to address this problem and ensure future accountability.

a.     Breach of Article 6 Oath to the Constitution by any Congressman who votes for such a bill, and by anyone who enforces these laws; recall that breaking this oath is treason against the Constitution and the People

b.     Article 6 – This Article also states that only laws which are made “in pursuance of" the Constitution are valid; the Supreme Court has also ruled on this, stating that “all laws which are repugnant to the Constitution are null and void”

c.     The Declaration of Independence - Counter to the purpose of establishing a government, whose primary responsibility is to protect and defend our sacred rights

 

15.  Congress has sent billions of dollars of our tax money overseas to pay for other people’s wars, largely in Ukraine and Israel. Despite escalating levels of public anger at this behavior, Congress continued to fund war and death, at one point waiving Ukrainian flags inside the House. We demand that this war funding ends, that all avenues to peace are aggressively pursued, and that American tax dollars stay in America to pay for our own needs.

a.     Article 1, sec 8 – Funding the war of a foreign nation is considerably outside the scope of Congress, making it unconstitutional

b.     Article 1 (intent) – The purpose of a Representative is to represent the People of their district, which members of Congress consistently fail to do on countless issues. In this case, Congress ignored the will of the People, who were largely opposed to continued war funding

c.     Preamble to the Constitution – Funding of foreign wars does not “ensure domestic tranquility”; worsens the budget crisis which does not “secure the blessings of liberty” to posterity; undermines the principle of Justice

d.     Declaration of Independence – Budget crisis is exacerbated by this spending which is an assault on our present and future Liberty, especially through the taxation required to pay for it

 

16.  We are meant to have equal protection under the law, and all laws are meant to apply to everyone equally. Yet time and again people in positions of wealth, power or authority are given free passes on crimes which “average” folks would see prison for. Hillary Clinton is a perfect example of this during the 2016 election cycle, as are the Congress members breaking laws at the ICE facility in NJ. Anyone who breaks a law must be held accountable, regardless of their status or party affiliation. 

a.     14th Amendment – We are entitled to “equal protection under the law”, which is incumbent upon equal treatment and enforcement

b.     Article 1, sec 6 – The immunity clause only applies during “Attendance at the session” and transit directly to and from it. This means when Congressmen are physically in the House doing their duties, during the active session. It does not apply outside of this, nor does it apply for instances of treason, felony and breach of the peace

17.  Our federal government, through its agencies and individuals, was actively involved in the censoring of free speech during the Biden presidency. Purchase of Twitter by Elon Musk allowed us to see how direct pressure and communications from government officials led to this censorship on social media platforms. The US government decided what was true or not, and what opinions it did not approve of, and then used its power to suppress that speech. We demand accountability for this, from those who engaged in the behavior and those who ordered it done. Censorship of free speech, through action, law, or intimidation, must never occur in a free society.

a.     Article 1, section 8 describes the powers of Congress, which does not include censorship of free speech; Congress established the various agencies which operate beneath it, within which various individuals engaged in this behavior

b.     1st Amendment – Congress shall make no law abridging free speech, and as this is an individual right, it follows that government shall not censor through force of action

c.     5th Amendment – You cannot be deprived of life, liberty or property without force of law; as Congress cannot make law abridging speech, deprivation of this liberty is a direct violation of individual rights

d.     14th Amendment, sec 1 – Again, you cannot be deprived of life, liberty or property without due process of law

e.     Preamble to the Constitution – Undermines the Blessings of Liberty

f.      Declaration of Independence – Contrary to the principles of Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness

 

18.  Our federal government exists in a permanent state of violation of all restraints the Constitution is supposed to place upon it. Article 1, sec 8 specifically lists the powers that fall to Congress regarding federal legislation and authority; any other departments created, or powers seized beyond this are blatantly unconstitutional, and per the 10th Amendment fall to the States. All laws, rules, policies, and regulations outside the scope of Congressional authority must be systematically repealed at the federal level and kicked back to the individual States. 

a.     Article 1, sec 8 – As noted, the primary scope of Congress is listed here in a simple outline format with clear language

        i.     The opening lines of Article 1, sec 8 lists providing for the “general Welfare”, a phrase which has been intentionally misinterpreted to mean Congress can do ANYTHING so long as it benefits the People. These opening lines are the introduction of the concepts which will follow, which are then listed point-by-point; welfare is a guiding principle by which Congress is to frame laws within the scope that follows. If “welfare” was meant to be anything Congress wanted, there would be no need to list the specific powers. The Constitution is meant to be a restraint on government, not an open door.

        ii.     The closing lines of Article 1, sec 8 is referred to as the “sweeping clause”, and has also been used to incorrectly justify the expansion of Congressional powers. Just as the first lines are an introduction, the final lines are the conclusion. This clause gives legislative authority for Congress within the scope of the “foregoing powers” and “all other powers vested by this Constitution”. As the Constitution is very specific throughout when it comes to limiting government power, it is impossible to read this clause as any kind of expansion of authority.

b.     10th Amendment – Any powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution belong to the States or the People

c.     Declaration of Independence – By its very nature, the People have less influence and control of our federal government than we do of our local and state governments. A bloated federal government treads upon our Liberty and leaves us disempowered, one of the key principles of the Declaration. 

 

19.  Americans are subjected to abusive levels of taxation. The average individual pays over 50% of their annual income in total taxation, something akin to modern-day slavery. Income tax forces direct servitude to the government and makes it very hard to make a living – something that was unconstitutional until the unjust 16th Amendment passed. Property tax makes actual land ownership impossible, as you are functionally only renting it from the government – stop paying and it will be seized from you. What happened to Liberty? The only fair tax is based on sales and service, which is a consensual activity. The IRS must be abolished and the 16th Amendment repealed, ending all income tax. The entire tax system must be revised and narrowed in scope to cover only sales, service, and tariffs. Doing so will also force a drastic reduction in the federal budget, something which is desperately needed.

a.     Constitutional Intent – To limit the size and power of the federal government; to prevent a massive and centralized power structure, where most or all power is concentrated in one place

b.     Preamble to the Constitution – Excessive taxation is both unjust and destroys the “Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity”

c.     Declaration of Independence – Excessive taxation is repugnant to the principle of Liberty and the “Pursuit of Happiness”; the founding fathers raised revolution against the British Crown for excessive taxation, and taxation without representation, as one of the principal grievances

 

20.  The Judicial branch holds unchecked power, which it increasingly wields in an activist manner. Federal judges can rule on cases in a way that then dictates Executive actions, sets dangerous legal precedents, and reinterprets laws. The sole check on judicial power is through impeachment by Congress, who sits idly by and allows this inappropriate behavior. Furthermore, since judges are appointed, they serve for life and cannot be held accountable by the People. Congress must act to limit the scope of judicial rulings and impeach those who act in an inappropriate or unconstitutional manner. 

a.     Article 1, sec 2 states that Congress has the sole power of impeachment, and Article 3, sec 1 states that judges “shall hold their offices during good Behavior”; this confirms that Congress may impeach a judge, held accountable to the low bar of “Behavior”

b.     Breach of Article 6 Oath to the Constitution by any judges who act outside their scope or make rulings counter to the Constitution

21.  Our 2nd Amendment clearly and boldly protects our individual right to keep and bear arms, stating that said right shall not be infringed. Yet our federal government has made laws which clearly infringe on this right, such as the current laws restricting ownership of full auto firearms or the historical laws banning “assault rifles”. Any laws or regulations banning firearm ownership must be immediately repealed, and the ATF must be permanently disbanded.

a.     2nd Amendment – As noted above, this individual right shall not be infringed

b.     Breach of Article 6 Oath to the Constitution by any Congressman who votes for such a bill, and by anyone who enforces these laws

 

22.  American land and corporations have been purchased by China, a bad actor and hostile nation, compromising our national security. In many instances, this Chinese-owned land is near sensitive military installations, increasing the risk of espionage. All lands owned by China on US soil must be reclaimed, and any Chinese businesses must be severely restricted to protect consumers.

a.     Pursuant to Article 1, sec 8, this duty belongs to Congress, who in accordance with their Article 6 Oath to the Constitution, is failing to protect our nation from harm

 

Before God and all mankind, we declare these grievances to be both true and offensive. It is of greatest importance that drastic progress be made towards addressing these wrongs, as a nation no longer bound by common principles and laws surely cannot hold. The sacred contract between the People and the government has demonstrably been broken many times over, and a government can only exist with the consent of those who are served. Therefore, We the People demand that our grievances be rectified with haste, and state that a reevaluation of these concerns will take place one year hence. Should our Federal Government fail to address our needs in a satisfactory way, it shall become necessary to immediately pursue all other Constitutional actions. May this lead to open and honest dialogue, real solutions, and an honorable restoration of our sacred trust.
