I received a reply from the Dept of Education basically stating that they don't want to be the final decision maker between parents if parents can't agree. What rubbish. It won't effect the other parent in the slightest how the child being schooled, but it's become our whole life. The other states have no issue having a single signature so why does SA? No this isn't right to the child or the solo patenting families that need a court case to proceed if the unaffected parent decides to with hold their signature. Please continue to share this and ask traditional home schooling family structures to sign, we need all the help we can get. Thanks for your support already!
