Please Note: This petition is split up into several sections, clearly defining, what is really meant by "Bernie or Bust" and why it important the pledge be taken. The petition is pretty long so voters considering this pledge can just look at the parts directed to them but I advise you read the entire petition before you take the pledge.

 Message to Voters:

It has become increasingly clear, that the Sanders' camp quest for a political revolution, has been hampered by the Democratic establishment's political preference for Hillary Clinton and their control over the mainstream media. Because of the aforementioned factors, Senator Bernie Sanders' path to victory for the democratic nomination has narrowed bringing some very serious complications with it. Let's get straight to it, the Sanders supporters are pledging to either boycott the General elections, vote for Trump to send a message to the democratic establishment, or vote for Senator Sanders as a write in candidate (for various reasons which i will get into) if Hillary is the nominee. Basically this is a warning to the Democratic establishment and the biased media : if Sanders does not win the nomination due to the media's inaccurate reporting and blatant bias against Bernie Sanders, IT IS BERNIE OR BUST COME NOVEMBER. There is a general confusion over what Bernie or Bust really means because the definition, has been split into several stomping grounds resulting in a disorganized and fractured movement with a sketch aim . This is a petition to narrow the meaning and validate what it actually means through a pledge to ONLY VOTE FOR SENATOR SANDERS, whether he is the democratic nominee or not, meaning, if he wins the democratic nomination then things are much simpler for us, we have a clear path towards stopping Donald Trump but if he does not win the nomination, take this pledge to write him in as a 3rd candidate, to stop BOTH DONALD TRUMP and HILLARY CLINTON. This is not a time to have to choose between the lesser of two evils, or choose one evil over the other to send a message, because both scenarios are potentially disastrous. This is a call to Sanders, Rubio, Kasich, Cruz and even doubtful Clinton supporters, to take a stand and take this pledge. Its time to drop labels, Republican, Democrat, Independent, this time in history, we have to stand together and change the outcome of this general election. Bernie Sander believes he has a path to winning the Democratic nomination, this movement believes so too but this pledge stands as an insurance policy, as we consider all possible outcomes. This pledge also serves as a warning to the super delegates on the democratic side, choose where you pledge your vote wisely, it can have a disastrous outcome.- Read on for more information on why this pledge is necessary.

A case for why YOU MUST CHOOSE SENATOR SANDERS IF THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY IS TO BE GUARANTEED THE WHITE HOUSE

The Superdelegates need to choose wisely especially if Sanders does not win the pledged vote because Hillary Clinton will not be able to count on a lot of Sanders' supporters come November.

 Why would Democrats opt to sabotage their own party in a general election especially when running against a republican candidate inciting fascism, racism and xenophobia, whilst playing the role of a perfect demagogue with lack of proper policy positions ?

 The answer to this question is very simple and it is that the emphasis is being put in the wrong place, because the question should not be focused on the democratic voters but it is the INDEPENDENT voters(where Senator Sanders gets much of his support), they have no party obligations to select a specific candidate based on party affiliations, and it is showing in the polls where Bernie Sanders blows out Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton on the contrary falls within the margin of error. Independents make up the largest voting block in the United States, are expected to outnumber republicans and democrats combined, very soon. A recent NBC/WSJ poll also revealed, that a whopping 33 percent of Sanders supporters will not support Clinton in the general and that number will continue to grow as much of her history is revealed and people pledge to join the Bernie or Bust movement to write him in, as a 3rd candidate if he doesn't win the nomination.

 Why do independents waiver when it comes to the choice of Hillary Clinton or someone like Donald Trump, it should be easier right ?

 WRONG, Hillary Clinton's career has been clouded in controversy from the very start and voters don't trust her. Sit back, you are in for a ride if you don't know her history, I can literally give you 20+ reasons, people don't trust the democratic front runner but for now I am going to attempt the seemingly impossible task of limiting it to a top 5 list below (excluding the email scandal and Benghazi) :

Allow Hillary Clinton's Democratic colleague to explain. Senator Elizabeth Warren, America's political sweetheart, and a person championed heavily to be Bernie Sanders' Vice Presidential running mate if he wins the nomination had her say about money's influence on Hillary.

Senator Warren recounts speaking with Hillary Clinton as first lady and exposing the dangers of the bankruptcy bill of 2001 and how it could hurt the middle class and single mothers, Senator Warren said the bill was "kinda like locking the doors to all the hospitals then claiming there was nobody sick in America". Warren claims at that point Clinton stood up and said "Professor Warren we have to stop that awful bill" and due to Hillary's efforts, the then president Clinton, Hillary's husband, vetoed the bill, which Hillary Clinton rightfully took credit for in her autobiography.  4). The Transcripts

Hillary's refusal to release the transcripts of her speeches to one of the major financial institutions that caused the world economy crash of 2008 due to the illegal behaviors on wall street is a clear indicator of where her loyalties lie. Clinton has been paid over $650,000 for 3 speeches for this major financial institution, Goldman Sachs. Bernie Sanders her running mate has offered to release all of his paid speeches to wall street, which is quite comical because he has none, whilst Hillary Clinton's excuse is that all candidates running in the race should release theirs, which is quite demeaning to the voters she is accountable to. Why should the republican candidates be a moral meter for what she should do as a democratic candidate? Hillary Clinton is running against Bernie Sanders currently, a candidate very consistent over the course of his long political career, working for people like us and not the billionaires and corporations. What is in those speeches that Hillary Clinton is hiding from us ? Why is it so hard for her to release the transcripts and put all accusations of her being a corporate puppet that is working against the middle class to rest ?

 “It was pretty glowing about us,” one person who watched the event said. “It’s so far from what she sounds like as a candidate now. It was like a rah-rah speech. She sounded more like a Goldman Sachs managing director.”

She praised Goldman for raising capital and helping create jobs. Quite right — but, as another attendee noted, making her remarks public would “bury her against Sanders. It really makes her look like an ally of the firm.”

 3) Clintons Travel Office Scandal

White house travel officers that served 7 president's prior to Bill Clinton were mysteriously fired. After the inauguration in 1993, the Clinton’s fired the White House Travel Office employees, allowing their wealthy take over the lucrative travel business, this lead to investigations by the FBI, DOJ, GAO, Oversight Committee and the Whitewater independent counsel. Wealthy Clinton friends took over the Travel Business, worth $31 million annually. Hillary Clinton was at the center of five investigations. The Clinton’s claimed the firings were due to financial misdeeds, but the employees were cleared on all accounts. Hillary Clinton allegedly played a central role in the firings. Yet in her sworn testimony she claimed she was not involved. The independent counsel found this to be factually inaccurate and that she made factually false statements. Hillary Clinton made “factually false statements” in sworn testimony.The Clinton's were forced to remove their friends and reinstate the previous employees.   2) Whitewater: Jail for friends, but not Clintons

"The Whitewater investigation by independent counsel Kenneth Starr began in 1994 with accusations of impropriety against the Clintons and others concerning improper campaign contributions, political and financial favors, and tax benefits. Billing Records, claimed to have been lost, were presumed stolen from Vince Foster’s office the night he died. The “missing” documents reappeared in the Clinton residence, following their acquittal. Hillary Clinton’s firm, Rose Law and its client Madison Guaranty, owned by McDougal, were found to have pervasive conflicts. Hillary Clinton claimed billing records sapient and critical to the investigation were lost. It is presumed they were stolen from Vince Foster’s office, the night he died. Nineteen months later, following the Clinton’s acquittal, many of the ‘missing records’ reappeared in the Clinton’s residence as they were covered with Hillary Clinton’s fingerprints, she fell under suspicion of obstruction of justice.  1) The Controversial Pardons

"Before Bill Clinton left the White House in 2001, he granted numerous controversial pardons – including to convicted tax evader Marc Rich, whose wife made significant contributions to Hillary's 2000 Senate campaign and the Clinton presidential library.

The Associated Press reported that Rich had been "indicted by a U.S. federal grand jury on more than 50 counts of fraud, racketeering, trading with Iran during the U.S. Embassy hostage crisis and evading more than $48 million in income taxes – crimes that could have earned him more than 300 years in prison." Rich fled to Switzerland in 1983 after his indictment and remained on the FBI's Most Wanted List until President Clinton pardoned him.

Also, Hillary's brothers, Tony and Hugh Rodham, reportedly received large amounts of money from people who were pardoned by Bill Clinton. Hillary said she and Bill were unaware of the scheme.

Two such high profile cases were those of drug kingpin Carlos Vignali and convicted swindler Glenn Braswell. They were seeking independence from the U.S. and had virtually no political support on the island.During the 1970s and 1980s, FALN members set off at least 138 bombs in five major U.S. Cities. Six Americans were killed in those attacks. One of those bombings, in January 1975, was at the historic Fraunces Tavern in lower Manhattan while patrons were at lunch. The explosion killed four and injured more than 50.Despite the Clintons' repeated denials, there is evidence that the pardons were offered to the terrorists with Hillary Clinton's full knowledge. In the Oct. 4, 1999, issue of the New Republic, Jose Rivera in return for a senate bid, then a New York City Councilman, is quoted as saying that he personally approached Hillary on Aug. 9, 1999. It was very difficult to compile a top 5 because there are so many more reasons for the current distrust in Hillary Clinton that could have made the list, but let's have some honorable mentions:

Her lies about landing under gunfire because it was politically expedient to her career, Hillary Clinton's lobbying for the crime bill that resulted in mass incarceration of African Americans, her racially coded quotes that referred to the black youth as "Super Predators" and needing to be brought to heel, Hillary Clinton telling a Black Lives Matter Protester "why don't you go run for something" after she was confronted on her racial language ("super predators"; "bring them to heel"), Hillary's siding with President Bush and voting vote for the Iraq War, the mystery of the fugitive fundraiser, Norman Nsu who fled from the law and was one of the largest donors to Hillary Clinton.

We are  guessing, the Superdelegates, already know this but still insist on supporting Hillary Clinton, or they spew the ludicrous talking points that all of this are "Republican conspiracies", trying to excuse corruption and controversy as some mass set up by republicans over decades, how amusing. Just by reading about her history, it becomes clear how ludicrous that claim is. Consecutive controversies do not somehow equate to coincidences. Don't insult our intelligence, the Democratic Party  are on the brink of having  a lot their support crumble because of the campaign/bias against Senator Sanders which is an embarrassment to the party itself almost as much as the majority of party's support for a candidate like Secretary Clinton.

Donald Trump's plans in a nutshell: His economic policy includes removing 75 million Americans from income tax, a top tax rate of just 25 per cent, 15 per cent corporation tax and no death taxes.The gain would be offset by Trump’s promise to heavily tax all foreign imports. Economists say it would kick off a global trade war, adding $34 trillion to the USA’s debt.In terms of Foreign policy, it is increasingly more clear, day by day, that Trump's ignorance in this area is too much for a candidate running for president, not just too much, but it's dangerous, America is bound lose allies. He promised to tear up the nuclear treaty with Iran, “back Putin 100% over Syria”, and “bomb the hell” out of America’s enemies.Donald Trump could potentially cause global instability and start wars that can be detrimental to the United Sates' economy and its troops. Trump promises to ban all Muslims from entering the USA which is absurd, The United States has never been a nation of hate and retribution but we do understand national security is important but its quite frightening when a candidate uses terror threats in such a way to politicize his stance and fuel anger, terrorism has no religion, a few radical individuals committing terror acts does not allow any of us to spew fallacious claims and paint an entire religion with 1 brush.That is xenophobia, that is bigotry. Islam is a religion of peace, and preaches peace, any terror attack in the name of the Islamic faith, are done by individuals with misconstrued ideas and does not represent the views of over a billion people who practice the Islamic faith. Donald Trump plans to build a wall on the Mexican border, referring to the Mexican currently in the United states as "Rapist" and deport 11 million illegal migrants. “Rounding up all the illegals” is estimated to cost about $600 billion and take 20 years, removing ­millions of cheap workers ­­- from agriculture and meat-processing. Let's break this down very briefly, the plans of his that i mentioned above can send the United states economy into an economic spiral by itself but add this in it's worse. Illegal immigrants make up a significant portion of the American workforce.According to the Pew Research Hispanic Trends Project, there were 8.4 million unauthorized immigrants employed in the U.S.; representing 5.2 percent of the U.S. labor force (an increase from 3.8 percent in 2000). Their importance was highlighted in a report by Texas Comptroller Susan Combs that stated, “Without the undocumented population, Texas’ work force would decrease by 6.3 percent” and Texas’ gross state product would decrease by 2.1 percent. Furthermore, certain segments of the U.S. economy, like agriculture, are entirely dependent upon illegal immigrants. The U.S. Department of Agriculture states that, “about half of the hired workers employed in U.S. crop agriculture were unauthorized, with the overwhelming majority of these workers coming from Mexico.” The USDA has also warned that, “any potential immigration reform could have significant impacts on the U.S. fruit and vegetable industry.” From the perspective of National Milk Producers Federation in 2009, retail milk prices would increase by 61 percent if its immigrant labor force were to be eliminated. Echoing the Department of Labor, the USDA, and the National Milk Producers Federation, agricultural labor economist James S. Holt made the following statement to Congress in 2007: “The reality, however, is that if we deported a substantial number of undocumented farm workers, there would be a tremendous labor shortage.”In terms of overall numbers, The Department of Labor reports that of the 2.5 million farm workers in the U.S., over half (53 percent) are illegal immigrants. Growers and labor unions put this figure at 70 percent. According to the New York Times, the chief actuary of the Social Security Administration claims that undocumented workers have contributed close to 10% ($300 billion) of the Social Security Trust Fund. Illegal Immigrants pay 13 billion in taxes on slave wages, for benefits they will never get, they can receive emergency healthcare and schooling but cannot have food stamps or welfare. Most of the taxes paid benefit Americans. Now to dispel the the notion of immigrants =crime, nationally, from 1990 to 2010, the violent crime rate declined almost 45 percent and the property crime rate fell 42 percent, even as the number of undocumented immigrants more than tripled. According to the conservative Americas Majority Foundation, crime rates from 1999 to 2006 were lowest in states with the highest immigration growth rates. During that period, the total crime rate fell 14 percent in the 19 top immigration states, compared to only 7 percent in the other 31. Truth is, foreign-born people in America—whether they are naturalized citizens, permanent residents or undocumented—are incarcerated at a much lower rate than native-born Americans, according to the National Institute of Corrections. So why is this such a problem for Donald Trump ? Illegal Immigrants are not hurting the economy, they are actually helping it and losing them could be a disaster from an economic standpoint. So what is the problem ? Is it for personal gratification , is it to fullfill a racist or economic agenda ? If an economic or socioeconomic standpoint cannot be presented, why is this issue of deportation and walls at the forefront of Trump's campaign? We have larger issues that matter, like income inequality and student debt etc, issues that actually are an economic problem. But it seems like if America , Trump's aspect of America may be the real enemies here, the illegal immigrant work force is equivalent to modern day slavery, they have contributed so much to the economy and the response is to deport them. These People with families, children, just trying to make it in the land of opportunities, to have the same opportunities all of us were afforded. This country was built on this, this country is so great because it opened its doors and welcomed people in. That is why Senator Sanders has promised not to deport anyone if he is president. These illegal immigrants should have a path to citizenship.

There are several reasons that voters, regardless of party affiliations should not vote for Donald Trump or Hillary Clinton. It's your choice of whether to succumb to the status quo or stand and fight. Join the revolution, Stand with us, and say, we will rebel, and we will not shift our stance.

 Final Message to voters and also addressed to the Mainstream Media:

 The liberal media always speaks about Donald Trump, the unconventional candidate, who fuels anger and is anti-establishment, while at the same time they fail to speak about Hillary Clinton's heavily flawed history and record, instead they bash Bernie Sanders who is also anti establishment like Trump BUT displays nothing close to the demagoguery Trump has along with his heavy hand of racism. Bernie Sanders wants to challenge the establishment but in a different way when compared to Trump, Bernie Sanders like many of us understand that trickle down economics does not work and has never really worked, massive deregulation led to the largest financial disasters we have ever seen. Due to conservative corporate tax cuts in previous administrations, income equality has spread and the top 1/10th of 1 percent now owns more wealth than the bottom 90% combined, while the middle class is still waiting for it to trickle down. When is it ? Our answer to these problems are social democratic policies and an investment in human capitol like we see in the Nordic Model. The Nordic countries rank above the United States in every quality of life comparative index there is. Feel free to check them for yourselves. A huge survey by the United Nations looked at people's health, family lives and jobs, amongst other things, to measure how happy they are. According the the results, the top five happiest countries are Denmark, Switzerland, Iceland, Norway, Finland. This may be so be so because countries like Denmark, offer tuition free college's or Norway and Denmark that offer healthcare as a right an not a privilege. Lets take a look at social democratic policies' strains on the economy, Scandinavian countries have a Debt to GDP ratio around an average of 50 to 55%, the United States has a debt to GDP ratio of a whooping 115%. If you are not for Senator Sanders currently, read his policies, evaluate what social democratic policies "really refer to" or as Senator Sanders refers to it, "Democratic socialism", it heavily differs from the "text book, historical version of socialism", this is not communism and the above examples outlines that. Don’t trust what you hear in the media, the media is heavily responsible for the disaster we have today in a prospective Hillary Clinton vs. Donald Trump general election ticket. Visit Bernie Sanders website and read up on his plans for tuition free public colleges, equal pay for women, raising the minimum wage to $15 dollars an hour over a period of time, ending mass incarceration, decriminalizing marijuana, ending fracking, pioneering a move to clean energy whilst setting a trend for climate change, single payer healthcare, getting money out of politics (ending the wall street and corporate control over politics) by attempting to overturn the disastrous Citizens United Supreme Court Decision.  Why is the corporate Media biased against Bernie Sanders ?

The answer is right in the above question, which is simply because they are the corporate media, the billionaires that run the media are against Senator Sanders because of his message, because he is willing to shift the power out of corporation's hands and back into the working class. Oh you require proof ? Let's look specifically at the liberal media. Comcast the parent company of MSNBC held a lucrative, money guzzling fundraiser for Hillary Clinton while Time Warner Cable, Parent Company of CNN is one of the top donors to Clinton, not only this campaign but throughout her political career. This though, is never announced during debates or Political news session. This conflict of interest is never brought to light.

 It is time to take a stand, Revolutions aren't easy when you are fighting something as influential as the establishment and the mainstream media, whether it's Fox news and the blatant overlooking of the Republican front runner and the way he has run his campaign or it’s the softball approach to Hillary Clinton and hardball approach to Senator Sanders by CNN and other liberal media. This is why we have Bernie or Bust, we will not be controlled, we will fight for an economy that works for us, we will fight for someone who does not send American troops to death in unnecessary warfare, We will fight against blatant suppression of accurate information via the corporate media to swing votes. Again I say, this petition is a means of stabilizing the Bernie or Bust movement and verifying what it ACTUALLY means. it in no way means Sanders supporters are calling for a vote for Trump if Clinton is the nominee, no, what we are asking is different ,very different. The Bernie or Bust movement is a call to Cruz, Rubio, Kasich supporters, even to Clinton supporters who are having doubts about her integrity, to Sanders supporters to take a stand if the two nominees end up to being Trump and Clinton to take a pledge right here and now that if your vote will go to Senator Sanders whether its as the Democratic Nominee or a 3rd candidate write in. Its time to put the mantle back in the hands of the people, whether you are Republican, Democrat or Independent, it's time to put labels aside, its time to stand as one nation and send a message to both parties. It's time to send a message to Donald Trump that trying to insult, discriminate, lie, or fear monger his way to the White House will not and cannot work in this country, America is greater than that, this nation will not fall to depths below the lowest points of any moral foundation. And it's time to send a message to Hillary Clinton and the democratic establishment, that there is no possible way, we will vote in Hillary Clinton, a corporate puppet with a deep history of corruption, a compulsive liar, that say and will do anything to further her political career, a woman with so many red flags around her career, its frightening. This is an election where Americans can change the entire dynamics of politics, this is an election where, people must not be forced to choose between the lesser of two evils, this is an election where we can make history by people who consider themselves Republican, Democrat or Independent taking a pledge that they will only vote for Senator Bernie Sanders whether he is the Democratic Nominee or not. This is what the Bernie or Bust movement is, we cannot risk putting someone like Trump in the White house , we also can't risk putting Hillary Clinton in the White House and we can't risk a boycott. There is so much on the line. Take the pledge, show the establishment the power of the grassroots movement.

Final Message to the Superdelegates:

Secretary Clinton, will lose this general election, one way or the other, and Senator Sanders will be the next President of the United Sates of America, this movement intends to make that happen. The Bernie or Bust movement understands that by doing this,the risk is run of putting Donald Trump in the White House, which is not our aim, our aim is to block both nominees by having Senator Sanders win as a 3rd candidate if Clinton is the nominee, we have made our case, you understand the risks, and we are very much aware of the power we hold in our hands. This movement does not rely on party affiliations but this movement is putting it's faith in all Americans whether Democratic, Independent or Republican, for this one time in history, we put down labels and we stop tyrants. We are gonna unite behind one candidate, it is now your choice whether to make that candidate your nominee or not. It is dangerous to assume that somehow the party will be United under a nominee like Clinton, it is your risk to take, you make the wrong decision and that is the day, all Americans reject the two part system, you have been warned.
