I love in Boston where there are no laws in fact you are rewarded for bad behavior. This is my son and I will never touch him again hug him feel his presence I miss him more than words could ever describe. This Petition is only to get awareness to maybe wake someone up to do their job. So someone doesn't die because they made a bad decision. Now every Valentine's Day for the rest of my life will be nothing but tears and a broken heart.
