This is a petition urging the University of Tennessee's Pride of the Southland marching band to proudly march at the upcoming presidential inauguration. Please continue your long proud tradition of marching in inaugural parades.

As either proud residents of Tennessee or proud University of Tennessee alumni, we are honored to be chosen. Donald Trump will be our next president and deserves out support.

As residents of Tennessee, we believe that the attendance at the upcoming inauguration of a band representing the state of Tennessee would be a wonderful way to show out support. As alumni, we believe that the university should be gracious, and not risk its reputation and credibility by refusing such an honor. It is for this reason that we urge all the band to march proudly at the upcoming inauguration.
