For many years to no avail; citizens have complained about being attacked with Directed Energy weapons. These weapons are the same type of weapons proposed to be banned in a Bill introduced by Congressman Dennis Kucinich as H.R. 2977-Space Preservation Act of 2001. Unfortunately it was never passed.

 During the interview he validated me as a victim, then apologized to me for the years of torture I’ve endured then admitted there are about 2,000 other citizens who are non consensually experimented on with this technology causing them to be tortured and misdiagnosed as mentally ill
