I am Devraj C Sathyadevan maternal uncle of  Rohit Radhakrishnan who was brutally murdered on and found on 23rd March morning at Tannir Bhavi  area of Panabur Police station of Mangalapuram.  Initially the enquiries started as possible murder, later declared as an accident. The field evidences and the circumstantial evidence doesn't prove t beyond doubt that it is an accident.

I strongly suspect and believe that my nephew was murdered and the accident scene was fabricated to cover up gruesome murder. None of the enquiries either by the state police or CB-CID failed in concluding or providing a correct reason for the death. Till today there was not serious action being taken by police or the government.  We believe that only a CBI investigation could bring out the truth behind the gruesome death of Rohit Radhakrishnan and book the culprits.
