Aggiornamento sulla petizioneRemove Amber Heard from Aquaman 2Johnny Depp in Court: Day 4

Johnny seemed very confident today even though QC badgered him and called him a liar with every other breath and brought his dying mother into it. Really low blow.

QC tried to paint Johnny as a drug-addicted monster that walks around in a rage all the time. She failed miserably, because quite simply, that isn’t true.

QC went into that final night, the one where Amber insists that Johnny threw a cell phone at her face.

I’d like to interject here that if you haven’t seen Brian’s videos, be sure to check him out. He debunks her version of events with clear and concise logic that’s infallible. You can find him HERE.

They brought up our little petition in court today. It had been suggested that he had something to do with creating the petition back when Amber Heard was in AM1. Johnny said that the petition came “years later.” So take heart in knowing that he’s aware of us, my friends.

After a 5 (or so) session where testimony was given in chambers, David Sherborne (DS) redirected Johnny for an hour before the lunch break and an hour afterward.

DS asked about the people Johnny surrounds himself with. QC had painted them as yes men who wouldn’t interfere while He was slapping his wife around. DS gave Johnny a chance to testify that such is not true. His entourage wouldn’t stand idly by while such a thing happened, which was never a problem because it never happened.

The main difference between QC’s cross examination and DS’s redirect is that DS asked questions in a brief and concise manner. And he allowed Johnny to complete his answers instead of cutting him off, which QC did almost constantly. It was a very efficient way of conducting business. In two hours, DS debunked the accusations about Johnny’s violent nature that QC spent 3.5 days trying to construct.

Also debunked were the accusations that Johnny acquired massive amounts of drugs for only himself. Amber Heard’s medical records of the time showed that she had, indeed, ingested or otherwise used (abused?) drugs, including some that Johnny doesn’t even use.

After Johnny was let out of the hot seat, officer Melissa Saenz testified via video uplink. This is one of the officers that responded the night of that last, final fight of the marriage, the one where Amber insisted that Johnny threw a phone at her face and otherwise roughed her up.

QC tried to insist that OMS didn’t get a very good look at Amber’s face, and that there were injuries to Amber’s face that OMS missed, or didn’t see, or whatever. But OMS remained completely certain that she did get a very good look at Amber, and that there were no marks. There were no signs of violence whatsoever, on Amber or at the scene.

Like she did with Johnny, QC pulled the tactic of calling OMS a liar and interjecting her own scenario. But OMS weathered it brilliantly and refused to change her account of the evening.

I’m not sure what QC thought she was going to get away with, trying to call OMS a liar. OMS is a trained professional, an expert in domestic violence. But all she succeeded in doing was making herself look foolish.

That’s about all I caught from today. More as I hear about it.

On a personal note, I simply don’t see how Johnny can’t come out on top. Where the defense had nothing but “suggestions” and self-imposed testimony, the offense – Johnny’s team – has receipts for everything. Medical records and whatever else they need to prove their side of the case. I think it’s a slam dunk.

Next up: Probably updates about how Amber Heard is out until late/early every morning partying it up, seeming to take none of this seriously. And never mind Covid 19 in the crowds.
