Amber Heard could be charged with submitting falsified evidence in her abuse case against Johnny Depp. She claims that Johnny beat her up, but Johnny says that he can prove those black eyes were fake.

We already suspected as much because with such traumatic injuries comes swelling, and she had none. Not to mention the fact that her bruises moved from one day to the next, whenever it was necessary to paint them on for show.

In 2019 Amber Heard’s personal stylist, Samantha McMillen, went on record stating that she believes that her black eyes were fake, saying that: “On December 16, 2015, I spent much of the day and evening with Amber Heard, preparing her to appear on the James Corden show. I saw her throughout the day of December 16, 2015, in good light, at close range, wearing no makeup. Throughout the day of December 16, 2015, I could see clearly that Amber Heard did not have any visible marks, bruises, cuts, or injuries to her face or any other part of her body. She appeared as a guest on the James Corden show that day.”

There you have it.

In the state of California, a person who is found to have falsified evidence  can be convicted of a felony under California Penal Code sections 132 or 134 for a maximum sentence of 3 years.

The question is whether or not she'd do any time at all, even if convicted. So far, she's gotten away with a boatload of offences, including beating her husband, without seeing the inside of a jail cell.

This isn't the first time she has submitted falsified documents or has been faced with jail time. In 2016 Heard plead guilty for supplying falsified documents when she smuggled her two dogs into Australia. And she got out of any real punishment for that.

What do you think? Should Amber Heard go to jail for falsifying evidence and submitting false reports?
