DC Councilmembers Vincent Gray, Brianne Nadeau, and Brandon Todd will introduce emergency legislation and a temporary amendment on October 3rd to allow leashed dogs on patios. Great news! However, emergency legislation can only be in place for 90 days, and temporary amendments only last for 225 days. We still need to show support for a long-term legislative solution in the next session!
