Here's another big "thank you" for signing this petition. The local residents (and chickens!) really appreciate your support so far. Please share the petition and help us reach the 2,000 signature milestone - we're very nearly there. 

The campaign against this intensive chicken 'farm' is far from over. We are challenging it on as many fronts as possible. This particular challenge is to try and get Sedgemoor District Council to take action that will, ideally, stop the operation at Newbridge Farm or at least cause its suspension.

You have just two weeks left until Saturday 6 October to register your objection to the current application by the site owner to normalise their breaches of planning permission. Increasing the number of objections will help put pressure on the Council to make a decision in our favour (please see the update from 8 September for details and a template response)
