Whilst we welcome the addition of BLAZE to our gym, we are sorely disappointed that our favourite HITT class GRIT is being withdrawn from the timetable.

This decision has been made without consultation with the members. We do not understand this decision as the two classes (and target audiences) are not comparable. Blaze is not a substitute for Grit. 

For some of us, GRIT and other Les Mills classes - as well as the community of loyal members (and instructors) attached to them - are the key reasons for being members of this gym.
