I believe we should have an animal abuser register. Be similar to a sex offenders register. People who abuse animals and get convicted of it should be placed on this register and banned from ever owning animals again. People can get banned from owning animals with a court conviction but I strongly believe we need this. With a register like this it would be giving to animal charity's nationwide making it easier to keep the animals safe.
