George Osborne (Chancellor Of The Exchequer) should be called upon by Mr Cameron to resign for bringing unnecessary worry and distress to disabled people, middle and low income earners. The government had already brought in a series of welfare reforms that were not given time to yield the results Mr Osborne had expected, he then went a stage further with the reforms and this stage was a stage too far. By threatening to hit the PIP payments, this is a typical example of right wing tory politics affecting the lives of the lower and middle classes.  This caused a senior minister Mr Duncan Smith to resign from his post as DWP Minister!
