Dog thefts are on the increase in the uk. Owners have been attacked whilst out walking there dogs. Properties have been marked and people found wandering around propertys uninvited. we need the police and courts to have more power to prosecute these individuals just as they do for protecting your belongings. Dog thefts need to be stopped in order that owners are not worried about there dogs going in the garden or leaving them for short periods of time. As for the dogs they need protecting from people selling them on to anyone or being used for baiting. Please sign and give some peace to all dog owners
