Stop the barbaric slaughtering of animals for halal meat . These animals are having their throats slit while they are conscious and are left to bleed to death whilst they are alive . We are asking the prime minister to stop this happening in the UK . This should be banned immediately . This represents unnecessary suffering to animals and is nothing short of torture and cruelty . We also ask that the prime minister bans this type of meat being sold in all supermarkets .
