The government have given planning permission for a US based company to open a Beagle Puppy breeding facility in Grimston, near Hull. These puppies are bred purely to be sold for vivisection. This is disgusting, outdated, and inhumane. The puppies are sold for around £1600. Pure business without care for a life. Communities secretary Greg Clark is the man who overturned a 2012 rejection of the facility. This rejection of planning permission needs to be reinstated! This will stop the existence of a short, horrible life for this beautiful animal.
