On 5th December 2014, my fiance Brett Hames was killed in a motorcycle collision which involved another vehicle. The driver of that vehicle left the scene and has failed to come forward, subsequently police investigations have come to an end. The police have CCTV footage of potential witnesses/ potentially the other driver involved but refuse to address it in the media because of its poor quality. If the CCTV was addressed in the media, we could ask for the drivers of specific vehicles to come forward as witnesses which would in turn help us get closer to finding the person involved in the collision with Brett. These witnesses along with others have failed to come forward, but if we could say that we know which vehicles were in the area, and ask them to come forward, perhaps at the very least we could jog someone's and someone may come forward. It is not fair that Brett's death is going to go unexplained when more could be done to find the one person who knows how and why he had to be taken from his loved ones that day.
