Give the RSPCA the powers to seize animals without the need of the Police.

The Issue

Neglected & cruelly treated animals are being left to suffer in situ when owners refuse to sign them over to the care of the RSPCA & Police Officers are not available to assist. With the ongoing Police cuts, this situation is going to get progressively worse and many animals will be left to suffer unnecessarily. Please show your support to have this matter discussed in Parliament with the request that the relevant powers of entry and seizure are given to the RSPCA.
