MPs, who are public sector workers, have chosen their own 10% pay rise but public sector workers are, after years on a pay freeze, living with a 1% rise. As we all continue to feel the pinch of our government applying cuts, it is only right that MPs live with a 1% pay rise that the budget has imposed on other public sector workers.
