if you are from the rspca or an rspca supporter you too need to sign this petition The UK gvt DEFRA has failed to do their job for a very long time. A legal inspector in accordance with the AWA 2006 act is one appointed by the gvt ie local dog warden. DEFRA has failed in their job for a very long time. Due to DEFRA failures it has left the pieces of animal patrol and control to the RSPCA The RSPCA does not always get it right and this must be confessed to as much as the RSPCA likes to be the animal crime busters legally the RSPCA is not the official people to do so they are a charity and they cannot get tough enough convictions on the true animal abusers whom have performed physical harm or killing of animals. the RSPCA does get it wrong to people who do no physical harm or killing but love animals and falsely persecute this must be confessed to that RSPCA are not always right at all and have falsely persecuted people or hounded them or performed atrocity upon them. but one thing is very clear we cannot have a committed supporter of animal killing in charge of DEfra please sign the petition and share it far and wide thank you
