Petitioning Prime Minister of the United Kingdom and Leader of the Conservative Party David Cameron MP

Have the men responsible for fusilier James Wilkinson's death appeal revoked and discharged from the army.

In November 2011, Fus James Wilkinson was shot dead in a training accident in Kenya. The men responsible, a cpl who was holding the weapon pointed at James pleaded guilty at a court martial in June 2013 and the safety supervisor who saw this all happen was found guilty after the trial.

The pair were each sentenced to under two years in Colchester and discharged from the army.

7 months later they won their appeal and are being allowed to soldier on back in the army. The cpl has already left Colchester after only a few months.

These men failed James Wilkinson and it is because of their carelessness that he lost his life.

People in a position with responsibility are ultimately accountable for their actions.

Please sign this petition to have their appeals revoked and have them discharged from the army.

Thank you
