So my Warehouse membership was cancelled. Per the phone rep it was because I violated the privacy policy. I requested that they send the policy to me and indicate what I violated. They didn’t provide a policy that I violated. They stated that I had been warned several times, which is false. I was only warned once regarding my petition, which isn’t a violation of the privacy policy. I am awaiting a reply from the Warehouse regarding this matter. Per all of the Warehouse policies and guidelines, the only violation of policy that will result in your membership being cancelled is scalping. I have never scalped tickets, in fact I have given away tickets when I couldn’t get face or sell at all. It is disappointing that a band that I love has become such a huge money monster. I am reviewing my options. It is a disgrace that the bands management is taking these steps. I know that I am not the only one that has had their accounts unlawfully cancelled. Thank you, Ann
