Dear Mr. Drill and the Cascade School board. 

We at Cascade are incredibly fortunate to have a superintendent, school board, admins, teachers and classified staff that care and love for our children and community. Thank you for your continued service. 

As you are aware, Gov. Kate Brown has allowed each district to make the LOCAL decision for a return to IN person learning as of January 1, 2021. 

We, as a group of community members, parents, students and teachers want our children (all students) back IN school ASAP.  

We understand there are some families and teachers who may choose to continue home learning/instruction. That's fine. Those teachers who choose to stay home can work remotely with those families who remain home as well. 

Our children and families have continued to suffer academically, emotionally, socially and financially these past 10 months. We ask Cascade to be a leader and help return our children to school. A place where they can learn, care for each other and grow together. Let's be the school district that we've always been....the district that puts KIDS first.
