The Andrews government and the federal Health Minister Greg Hunt both refuse to fund multi-award winning First Peoples' Health and Wellbeing. We question their commitment to Closing the Gap for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people living in Victoria.

• preventing avoidable hospitalisations
