My First Amendment rights and more...
Today is my daughter’s 3rd birthday. I am heartbroken. This afternoon, we video chatted, and through tears, she said to me...
"Mommy, I need you.”
She said it a few times. The 2 family members with her at the time had no empathy for the fact that this little girl needs her mom.
A little girl doesn’t cry for a “bad mom.” She is crying for her mama, like any other toddler would. More time.
How do you explain to a toddler that sometimes, even when a parent is doing everything possible to be present, the legal process can still limit that time? How do you explain that fighting to protect your bond with your child can come with an enormous emotional and financial cost?
Children are not weapons, nor pawns, nor currency. All they want is love and safety.Anyone who knows me knows I stand for truth.
I'm not perfect but what parent is? I know in her eyes, I'm her world. We still have yet to see what I am guilty of. Emotionally loving my child? Being protective and honest?

I’ve been recognized as a dedicated, hands-on, patient, even-toned, educational, protective, and, most of all, loving mother. All of YOUR words. So thank you 🙏🏼
On my daughter’s birthday, we don’t want gifts. She has plenty of toys surrounding her “down by the sea.” She wants her mommy 🥹
The reassurance that her family’s bond will remain safe and uninterrupted.
I’ve had to spend countless hours and considerable resources fighting for more time with her, which is not only exhausting but also feels profoundly unjust.
No more emotional distress for mama and baby 🫶🏼 No more confusion. No more additional financial burdens caused by ongoing litigation.
I am not a criminal (never have been), nor have I ever been diagnosed with ANY mental disorder.
There are laws and constitutional protections that matter in family court, and I intend to continue advocating for myself and my child through every lawful avenue available to me.
The current custody arrangement does not reflect what I believe is in the best interest of my little girl.
She won’t forget me. She won’t forget our bond. ♍♍
💕 I am a dedicated and loving mother, and all I’m asking for is a fair chance to be with my daughter. I miss being her mom so much. I DON’T want any donations.
Thank you so much 🙏🏼🫶🏼💯
