We, the undersigned, call upon TikTok and its parent company, ByteDance, to take immediate and effective action to combat cyberbullying on their platform. We demand that TikTok implement stricter moderation policies and tools, increase user education on the dangers of cyberbullying, and take swift action against those who engage in this harmful behavior. We also call upon TikTok to increase transparency and accountability in their efforts to combat cyberbullying, and to work closely with experts and advocacy groups in this field. Together, we can create a safer and more inclusive community on TikTok for all users.
