University of Houston....... There was no notice of a water cutoff and it took place for hours. Students pay hefty fees to live on campus, and a good majority can not go home during the outage. Also, a lot of buildings were not open due to it being the weekend when it took place. Since there were limited locations to turn to, it was difficult for everyone to receive the simple amenity as a bathroom. We want some kind of compensation for the struggle over a thousand students endured.
