I attended the Cuyahoga County Sheriff's press conference today about my cousin #TamirRice. It has been six long months of not knowing -- waiting, wondering, praying for an answer and justice. Still today after this long awaited response, we still have no answers. It was a five-minute press conference to tell us what we already know: that the investigation has taken entirely too long. How can a city that is supposed to serve the public put a family and a community through this much unnecessary agony? My family was not even notified about the Sheriff's department press conference until we found out on the news yesterday evening. And we're supposed to have faith in the justice system?
