To the St. Paul Board of Water Commissioners and the St. Paul City Council, 
We, the undersigned, oppose our public funds being invested in Israeli companies like Waterfall. Human rights organizations have clearly established that Israel presides over an apartheid system comparable to apartheid South Africa or the Jim Crow era of the U.S., wherein Palestinians lack human rights and access to basic necessities– including water. Israel’s latest genocidal campaign has already claimed the lives of at least 60,000 Palestinians. Given this, it is especially shocking that St. Paul is doing business with a company whose CEO proudly worked on intelligence for the Israeli Air Force, and boasts of doing "offensive cybersecurity for the Israeli Government" after leaving the IDF. In addition to St. Paul, Regional Water Service provides water service to Falcon Heights, Lauderdale, Lilydale, Maplewood, Mendota, Mendota Heights, and West Saint Paul. It sells water wholesale to Roseville, Little Canada, and Arden Hills. We want our water free of apartheid.
