CULTIVATE ACADEMIC RESILIENCE

CULTIVATE ACADEMIC RESILIENCE
The Issue
TITLE: Cultivate Academic Resilience in SEPNAS San Carlos City, Pangasinan.
RECIPIENTS: Mr. Tomas Ferrer, Administrator of Speaker Eugenio Perez National Agricultural School
We, the AcadEase, demand a thorough investigation into the coping strategies used by Speaker Eugenio Perez National Agricultural School academic track students to deal with the demands of academic standards. We understand the difficulties in striking a balance between demanding coursework, extracurricular activities, and personal well-being as students striving for academic greatness. It is critical to comprehend how students manage stress, anxiety, and academic pressure, especially in the academic track where standards are high. We think that by carrying out an extensive investigation on coping strategies, stakeholders, including professors, administration, and students, can learn important lessons that will help them assist students in their academic journeys more effectively. Surveys, interviews, and perhaps focus groups should be a part of this research to collect a range of viewpoints and experiences. The results of this study can also be used to guide the creation of specialized workshops, resources, and support programs that aim to improve students' resilience, coping mechanisms, and general wellbeing. By signing this petition, we support early action to meet the academic and mental health needs of Speaker Eugenio Perez National Agricultural School students enrolled in the academic track.
