I have never experienced family court until April 2017 when I appeared in front of the juvenile court judge up against The Department of Family and Children Services.  I have never in my life, seen such BS! In this court, all opposing parties get to lie about everything about your family, so that government funds will fill their pockets! The nerve and desperation of the GAL, DFACS, Attorney Advocate, Attorney General, and the Judge was very surprising! They all fill in blanks without investigating, rip siblings apart and give some children disabilities for more funds, all while backing up each other to get away with stealing your children and your families!! I call it "legal kidnapping".

The department isn't anything now like what it was created for, which was to help families, now it's kids for cash! I have witnessed this behavior in my family court with several families and have heard many stories from others enduring this trauma. This has to stop! So many of our governments dollars are being wrongfully placed in the wrong hands and not solving the real problem. 

These people should have to answer for their wrong doings in these courts everywhere! We should stick together and kick them out of their jobs and place the correct people in their place, to help families!!
