An anonymous whistleblower has stepped forward and called out NSW shark nets (and NSW DPI) in a huge boost to our campaign.

Then there was a breaking news story a couple of weeks ago thanks to 'Andy' (not his real name), a previous shark net contractor who has been traumatised by the carnage he has been exposed to daily. With the support of his family, Andy has spoken out and blown the whistle about the ineffective and harmful shark nets.

We need locals to step up and expose local shark net issues. Whether it's a big deal or a small thing, we would appreciate you contacting us if you have evidence or know something about a shark net in your area and want to help make a difference. Recently there was another horrific death in the New South Wales shark nets, with a dolphin drowning while tangled in the Bronte net. Locals alerted the media and others to ensure the horrific death was exposed and not just dealt with quietly by the NSW Government.  

Andy wanted to help and that's why he decided to speak up, and thanks to Andy we know details not known before that further confirm just how flawed the NSW Shark Meshing Program is.
