Criminal Penalties: Make intentional alteration, destruction, or concealment of medical records a felony — with prison time for offenders.

Mandatory Transparency: Guarantee families immediate access to complete, unedited medical records, including audit trails showing who changed what and when.

Independent Oversight: Require third‑party patient advocates — watchdogs who cannot be silenced, intimidated, or fired by the hospital.

Systemic Accountability: Enforce severe civil fines alongside criminal liability to eliminate the incentive for cover‑ups.

This is a statewide pattern — OPO shutdowns, overmedication, falsified documentation, and preventable deaths swept under the rug.

Why I’m Fighting:
My husband Kenny was hospitalized in November 2024. He was given an extreme volume of medications — psychotropics, heart‑straining drugs, and broad‑spectrum ORGAN BLEACHING antibiotics despite no documented infection. The cocktail triggered hallucinations, cardiac instability, and a rapid decline.

When I questioned the treatment, staff misled me, denied errors, and later altered or removed medical records. Unauthorized disclosures, falsified physician visits, ignored allergies, unexplained restraints, and a missed wrist fracture revealed a pattern of negligence — not an accident.

After months of overmedication and organ damage, Kenny died on March 4, 2025.

For eight months, the hospital delayed releasing his records. Billing irregularities continued even after his burial. And when I spoke publicly, families across Missouri came forward saying:
