Thank you to each and everyone of you that has signed our petition… your support and comments have been amazing.

We have to continue to fight for justice… the current law is simply no deterrent! As it stands, the maximum sentence for Death By Dangerous Driving is 14 years, however, despite the evidence, sometimes it just isn’t enough! Just because someone loses their life, it may be considered Death By Careless Driving and as we understand it, a custodial sentence is rarely given.

There is a proposal to change the law to 25 years however, we are told this is not eminent and even if the law is changed a sentence can only be imposed that was in force at the time of the offense!

We have contacted numerous celebrities via social media but to our disappointment, no one has replied.

Our local MP is being very supportive and we hopeful that she may be able to help!

We believe that more people have signed the petition than the number would suggest… if people do not confirm their email, their signature will not be included… please check your spam folders.
It saddens us to say that although 5 weeks have past, we are still unable to lay Lillie to rest… this could still be weeks away.
It’s too early for us to do anything at the moment however, in time, we will do everything we can to ensure the ‘procedure’ is reviewed after losing a loved one… our experience has been awful, from day one it has been one disappointment after another… we do need to be careful what we say due to the police investigation but one day we will share our experience.
Thank you again for your support… please continue to share… we need your help and cannot do this without you Thank you from Lillie’s mum, brother and family xx
