While it's good that more Israeli hostages are being released and the IDF and Hamas have paused fighting for a few days, it's nowhere near enough to finally, once and for all, break the cycle violence that has caused so much suffering for so long.
Like the Jubilee 2000 petition, this petition has the potential the capture the attention of UN word leaders and compel them to permanently break the cycle of violence between Israelis and Palestinians, creating lasting peace, prosperity, and security that both peoples deserve.
Imagine what would happen if we kept gathering support for this petition and got 100 MILLION signatures? With four times as many signatures as the Jubilee 2000 petition, it would be impossible for world leaders to ignore.
