Petitions with 1,000+ supporters are 5x more likely to win!

The Issue

We kindly request Disney and Nintendo's response and validation supporting our petition titled "Develop and Launch New Necessary/Required/Solicited Disney Initiatives & Content." We appreciate the response on our previous petition, and we have followed Change.org's guidelines and terms carefully. Our petition was originally private and kept secretly, and we urge Disney and Nintendo to confirm its validity. We urgently seek Disney and Nintendo's immediate recognition of our concerns and assurance of implementing the proposed content changes. We firmly believe these improvements will enhance the Disney and Nintendo experiences for loyal fans. We are looking forward to Disney and Nintendo's response, and we are working together to improve entertainment quality. Thanks for Disney and Nintendo's anticipated consideration, and we await a positive response with hopefulness.

Since we couldn't gather additional signatures for our petition in time, we've decided to obtain a permanent confirmation quickly for the greater good, ensuring accuracy and inclusivity are kept.

Please note that our petition's title marks releasing associated initiatives and bonus materials supporting our cause; these bonuses are not spam or unsolicited, and multiple petitions are not permitted.

We officially request for the immediate and continued production of Disney's new proposed projects. We expect for an important and positive response to our petition. Any delay, cancellation, or any form of uncertainty about these projects will be viewed as unacceptable and harmful to fan relations.
We believe that ongoing inaction and disinterest will harm Disney's reputation, disappoint its loyal fan community, and encourage more speculation and misinformation. We aim to secure the future of these projects, developing stability and positive engagement with the Disney franchise.
Therefore, we urge Disney to grant this request quickly and effectively, ensuring the continued success of the franchise and its relationship with its loyal audience.

Unfortunately, if Disney still decide to invalidate or discredit our petition without taking action or, worse, by remaining inactive due to possible confusion coming from unclear words, it will be ineffective and backfired, and may result in unintended consequences that interfere with the Disney community and embarrass fans. Let's join to stop this disrespectful and dismissive behavior, ensuring the preservation of Disney's reputation and continued support from fans. Additionally, we urge Disney to educate themselves on the unrecognized words by using dictionaries or a simple Google search to enhance their understanding and improve their vocabulary.

Let's present the importance of Disney's new proposed projects by gaining strong support through our petition! We humbly request Disney to listen to our request, officially release these required initiatives and strengthen these important changes securely and permanently.
We must avoid unnecessary delays, uncertainties, dismissals, or speculations, because we strongly face the potential damaging effects that could seriously affect us. We cannot allow these harmful outcomes anymore, so we implore Disney to act responsibly forever for our collective well-being and peace of mind.

    * We fear an unjustified flagging and removal of our petition.

We propose a strategic initiative for Disney to expand its digital organization through several premium, non-monetized gaming experiences and the long-term preservation of its intellectual properties in the interactive space. We show the urgency of these requests to continue fan goodwill and protect Disney's reputation.

1. Portfolio Expansion: Mobile Gaming

We call for the development and permanent release of a complete collection of mobile titles, all to be distributed as 100% free-to-play experiences, clearly without in-app purchases (IAPs), advertisements, in-game currencies, or notifications.

  • Gameloft & Zynga Collaboration: Development of several Disney games, including "Disney Super Magic Kingdoms" (set within the Legendary universe) and two individual titles: "Disney Magic Kingdoms: Merge Puzzle" and "Disney Magic Kingdoms: Match Game."
  • Disney-Developed Company: Launch of several original titles (e.g., Disney Magic, Disney Epic, Disney Fairytale, Disney Castle, Disney Kingdom, Disney Palace, Disney Rainbow, Disney Color, Disney Celebration, Disney Jamboree, Disney Academy) featuring a huge range of Disney franchises, including Enchantment, Frozen, Legendary, Milo & Violeta, and Disney Legacy.
  • Zynga Collaboration: Creation of several Disney games and "Merge Palace: Cooking Magic," a merge puzzle game based on "Merge Inn - Cafe Merge Game," featuring an energy-free gameplay system, more franchise character additions, an item collection, cooking tools, and side jobs.
  • Futureplay Collaboration: Development of several Disney games and Enchantment/Frozen crossover games (e.g., Arizondale Between Arendelle, An Enchanted Frozen Journey, Frozen Enchantment), featuring same characters from both franchises.
  • Additional Collaborations: Creation of the first set of Disney games by Zynga, the second set by Futureplay, the third set by Futureplay in partnership with SuperPlay, the fourth set by Zynga and Gameloft, and the fifth set by SuperPlay.
  • SuperPlay & Futureplay Collaboration: Development of several Disney games (e.g., Disney Heroic Life, Disney Heroes & Villains, Disney Legendary Kingdom, Disney Celebratory Pride, Disney Happiness & Joy, Disney Joy & Delight) featuring a huge range of Disney franchises, including Enchantment and Legendary.

2. Console Addition & Strategic Partnerships

Development of a six-part crossover collection with individual video games in a box (Celebratory Amazement, Magical Party, Celebration Pride, Rainbow World, Delightful Bakery, and Color Magic) featuring the Enchantment and Milo & Violeta franchises, in collaboration with Nintendo.

  • Design & Gameplay: These open-world titles will use main mechanics that are established in "The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild" and "Tears of the Kingdom," including the addition of specific UI/UX hint systems and font designs.
  • Content Range: Each title will feature different voice acting and include Victoria Dolence as a playable character.

3. Multimedia Preservation and Accessibility

To ensure the longevity of these initiatives, the following operational requirements are requested:

  • Soundtrack Preservation: Production of complete, uncut game soundtracks (featuring full outros without fade-outs) available permanently in both physical and digital formats.
  • Offline Functionality: All applications and video games must keep full offline functionality across all iOS and Android platforms and consoles, ensuring no requirement for internet connectivity.
  • Permanent Availability: All titles are to be protected from discontinuation or removal from all stores.

4. Branding and Community Engagement

  • Joined Branding: All titles will feature a standardized Disney logo placement and three selected titles will develop the "Disney Magic Kingdoms" franchise series.
  • Strategic Communications: Establishment and continuation of verified, permanent social media channels across major platforms (X, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) with official verification status to ensure an opened communication between Disney and their fan community.

5. Organized Urgency

These initiatives are important for continuing Disney's public goodwill and long-term brand fairness. We support for an official confirmation of these requests at the upcoming D23 Expo and Nintendo Direct, claiming the need for an active engagement to prevent the loss of Disney's relationship.

Unfortunately, Disney's continued silence or repeated disinterest of our petition is endangering our proposal and harming their most-loyal fans. We are seeking for an immediate response to solve this problem; failing to engage risks long-term damage to Disney's reputation and the loss of the hard-earned goodwill of their community.

--

We urgently request to The Walt Disney Company and, in one instance, connected to Disney and Nintendo, supporting for an immediate action to keep fan loyalty and prevent reputational damage.

Request 1: Disney On Ice, Disney Wish Cruise, and Disney Cruise Line Character Inclusion

We strongly urge Disney to add a huge list of new characters originating from different proposed and existing franchises (including "Enchantment," "Milo & Violeta," and others detailed above) into their live entertainment offerings, specifically Disney On Ice, Disney Wish Cruise, and Disney Cruise Line stages. This includes Victoria Dolence, Brooke Green, Alexander Wellington, and Charlie Dixon.

These inclusions would honor the franchises and their fan communities, leading to a positive community change. We show an expectation of an immediate action and prevents negative consequences, including reputational damage and loss of fan loyalty. We clearly prohibit any delays, rejections, negligence, or harmful criticism.

Request 2: Movie & Short Film Soundtrack Release and Enhancement

We officially request Disney to support for the release and enhancement of several movie and short film soundtracks.

  • Classic Animated Film Soundtracks: Upgrade mono audio tracks to DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1, Dolby TrueHD 7.1, and Dolby Atmos for all classic animated films, granting each format as an individual version for every track. Release previously-unreleased scores, movie versions of songs (e.g., "Dalmatian Plantation," "I Bring You a Song"), and original, unedited instrumental versions of songs (without all vocals, choruses, choirs, and vocal-following instruments). This collection includes "Fun and Fancy Free," "The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh," "Make Mine Music," "Melody Time," "The Three Caballeros," and "Saludos Amigos."
  • Classic Animated Shorts Soundtracks: Release uncut original score tracks for all classic animated shorts like "Officer Duck," "Out of Scale," "The New Neighbor," "Toy Tinkers," "The Little House," "A Cowboy Needs a Horse," "The Cookie Carnival," "Winnie the Pooh and the Honey Tree," and "The Small One," remastered in DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1, Dolby TrueHD 7.1, and Dolby Atmos, granting each format as an individual version for every track.
  • Live-Action Film Soundtracks (1950-1990s): Release uncut original score tracks for classic live-action films (e.g., "Summer Magic," "Pollyanna," "The Gnome-Mobile," "Babes in Toyland," "Moon Pilot," "The Ugly Dachshund," "Condorman," "Swiss Family Robinson," "The Moon-Spinners," "The One and Only, Original, Genuine, Family Band," "Napoleon and Samantha," "Amy"), enhanced with DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1, Dolby TrueHD 7.1, and Dolby Atmos, granting each format as an individual version for every track.
  • Modern Animated Shorts Soundtracks: Release uncut original score tracks for all modern animated shorts like "Olaf's Frozen Adventure," "Tangled Ever After," "Frozen Fever," "Myth: A Frozen Tale," "Ventana," and the "Short Circuit" series.
  • The Remaining Unreleased Scores: Release all unreleased, uncut, and movie-version original music scores—without all sound effects and dialogues—from the selected existing and upcoming Disney and Pixar productions in their individual album updates, available in both digital and physical formats.
Across all these categories, our request shows the following:
    * Eliminating all sound effects and dialogues from the instrumental tracks.
    * Removing all sound effects from the songs and the instrumental tracks.
    * Keeping music in its original, unedited, and unchanged form.
    * Permanent Availability: Release all restored tracks both digitally and physically, available for streaming, and free personal download on "disneyentertainment.com" permanently without removal.
    * Agreement and Urgency: Immediate action is requested to avoid fan disappointment, misinformation, and Disney's negative perceptions.

Request 3: Accessibility and Preservation of Disney's Musical Assets

  • Music Releases (Digital & Physical): The permanent release of complete, unreleased, and uncut original music scores (without all sound effects, dialogues, voiceovers, and horror suspenseful violin sound effects) and songs (including original, unedited instrumental versions without all vocals, choruses, choirs, and vocal-following instruments) from current and future Disney TVA, Disney Jr., live-action shows, Disney Games, and direct-to-video releases, along with other Pixar games and series. These releases are requested in digital formats for streaming and free personal download. Physical album releases of the music are also requested. All upcoming music releases from selected titles will be available as physical and digital albums, along with for free streaming and personal download on official websites.
  • Specific Titles Mentioned: Specific titles for the musical scores and songs are particularly desired - "Amphibia," "DuckTales 2017," "Alice's Wonderland Bakery," "Elena of Avalor," "Ariel," "Disney Magical World 2," "Disney Princess: Enchanted Journey," and "Mickey's Once Upon a Christmas."
  • Justification & Urgency: We show the importance of these releases for enjoying, appreciating, and keeping Disney's musical history. We identify any delay, cancellation, or dismissal of these requests as seriously disappointing, harmful to the Disney community, and potentially damaging Disney's reputation. We repeatedly claim that these actions are "important and required" and demands "immediate, final corrective action" to prevent more recognized damage and end ongoing inaction forever.

We politely request Disney to enhance its accessibility to its musical content through official online platforms and the complete release of existing, new, and previously unreleased music. We frame these requests as "extremely important" for keeping a positive relationship with the Disney fan community and keeping Disney's artistic legacy.

Request 4: Disney/Nintendo Collaboration and Console Development

We call for an immediate collaboration between Disney and Nintendo to develop and market two new portable gaming consoles, aimed at enhancing the strength of both companies and addressing current market gaps. Two individual concepts are presented:

1. WonderCraft (Focus: History & Accessibility):

  • Concept: A double-screen portable console, similar to the Nintendo 3DS/DS, offered in many individual different colors.
  • Main Features:
    * Complete digital library of collected (non-adult/horror) Nintendo 3DS/DS titles.
    * A screenshot capture button.
    * Disney logo addition for enhanced branding.
  • Reason: Gains advantage on the history for older Nintendo handhelds and provides access to classic games, which are left by the discontinued 3DS/DS.

2. PlayDock (Focus: Modern Gaming & Portability):

  • Concept: A portable console matching the Nintendo Switch Lite's dimensions, offered in individual different colors.
  • Main Features:
    * Full backward compatibility with all Nintendo Switch titles.
    * A screenshot capture button.
    * Disney logo addition.
  • Reason: Offers a more portable and potentially more affordable entry point to the Nintendo Switch community while benefiting from Disney's brand recognition.

Common Elements & Strategic Recommendations (For Both Concepts):

  • Distribution: Exclusive and permanent availability in both Disney and Nintendo retail stores globally.
  • Marketing: Project announcement at Disney's D23 Expo and a Nintendo Direct presentation after petition approval.
  • Whole Goal: Increase public interest and ensure long-term market presence.
  • Call to Action: We show the urgency of this collaboration, strongly urging Disney and Nintendo to proceed without delay to avoid negative doubt and keep customer confidence. We also request to recognize the Nintendo Switch consoles as permanent Disney properties.

Request 5: Disney/Nintendo Collaboration and Soundtrack Addition 1

We call for an immediate collaboration between Disney and Nintendo to officially recognize, brand, and feature all the music tracks (without all voiceovers and sound effects) from "Mario & Luigi: Paper Jam," "Mario & Luigi: Dream Team," "Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story," "Mario & Luigi: Partners in Time," "Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga," "Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story + Bowser Jr.'s Journey," and "Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga + Bowser's Minions" as official Disney songs, permanently adding them into the Disney Music collection and the Disney brand. These tracks will be permanently released in a complete digital and physical album, and for free streaming and personal download on "disneygames.com" for their lasting accessibility.

These titles and their accompanying tracks will be recognized as part of the Disney Music history, securing their permanent presence and preventing any potential discontinuation or removal. This addition is believed important due to the Nintendo 3DS and DS consoles, with their individual games, are discontinued. This step is important for continuing the legacies of these properties, strengthening Disney's connection with its fan community, preventing negative doubt, and protecting the company's reputation. Failure to act could result in serious fan disappointment and potential damage to Disney's brand integrity.

Request 6: Disney/Nintendo Collaboration and Soundtrack Addition 2

We call for an immediate collaboration between Disney and Nintendo to add existing music tracks from "The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild" into Disney's official music collection. Specifically, we demand rebranding "The Great Deku Tree" track as an original Disney song titled "The Legendary Heroine" and included in a permanently-available "Disney Magical Music" album.

NOTE: "The Great Deku Tree" was featured in the YouTube video titled "The Great Deku Tree | The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild - DLC Expansion Pack 1: Master Trials." Please note that the original music track is owned by Nintendo, and the video is published on the "Adriana Pendleton" YouTube channel, not by us. This referenced YouTube video is from the "Adriana Pendleton" channel, appropriately credited. We did not create or upload the content, and we are agreed to following all copyright policies.

Additionally, we propose duplicating, renaming, and including three other "Breath of the Wild" tracks:

  • "Do You Remember" renamed to "Beauty Within a Heroine's Heart"
  • "Link's Memories: Silent Princess" (with all sound effects removed) renamed to "Catch a Golden Star"
  • "The Divine Princess and the Five Champions" renamed to "Long Live the Courageous Heroine!"

Similar to six requests, we present this collaboration as important for both companies' success and public perception. We insist on immediate acceptance and action, forbidding any delays, rejections, harmful criticism, or negligence, preventing reputational damage and loss of fan loyalty. We show the need to secure an ongoing success and avoid future reputational harm.

Request 7: Organized Urgency
These initiatives are required for continuing public goodwill and ensuring long-term brand integrity. We strongly support for an official confirmation of these requests at the upcoming D23 Expo and Nintendo Direct, showing the need for an active engagement to keep Disney's appreciated relationship with its audience.
Unfortunately, Disney's continued silence or repeated disregard of our petition endangers our proposal and harms their most-loyal fans. We urgently seek for an immediate response to address this issue, because failure to engage risks lasting damage to Disney’s reputation and the loss of the hard-earned goodwill within their community.

Releasing the original soundtrack albums from Walt Disney's animated shorts, classic live-action and animated movies, other Disney and Pixar films, and television shows is important and justified. These soundtracks have remained exclusive to their productions for too long, limiting access and recognition. Making them widely available is required to keep their legacy and honor their place in Disney's legacy.
The absence of these albums has disappointed fans and affected their emotional well-being. Disney must address this issue immediately to restore trust and faith within its community. Continued neglect or disinterest risks causing huge disappointment, panic, and trauma between Disney enthusiasts.

--

We urge Disney and Nintendo to act immediately, accepting a responsible and compassionate approach to ensure the well-being of all fans. A timely solution is important for keeping peace of mind and protecting Disney and Nintendo's long-standing goodwill. Failure to recognize and act with our petition could damage Disney and Nintendo's relationship with their loyal fan community and harm their reputations.
