Let’s get to 5 signatures!
Petitions with 1,000+ supporters are 5x more likely to win!

The Issue

We respectfully request Disney to recognize and verify receipt of our petition supporting the "Develop and Launch New Necessary/Required/Solicited Disney Initiatives & Content." We appreciate the response to our previous petition, and we have carefully followed Change.org's guidelines and terms for accordance. Initially kept privately on Change.org, we now urge Disney to efficiently recognize our concerns and confirm the implementation of the proposed content changes. We believe these enhancements will greatly enhance the Disney experience for loyal fans. We eagerly anticipate Disney's response, and we look forward to partnering in providing best entertainment and crafting lasting Disney memories in collaboration.

Due to time limits, we cannot gather additional signatures for our petition. Therefore, we are choosing an immediate and lasting confirmation for the greater good, with complete responsibility and acceptance, not denial. Securing 7.5K signatures is not our main goal; we seek Disney's immediate confirmation and support.

This petition's title shows the implementation of our proposed initiatives and provides supporting materials, all of which are directly related and involved to strengthening our cause. As we are limited to a single petition, this complete section is important for fully presenting our proposal.

This petition specifically shows the importance of the Disney projects initially introduced in our interlinked "Develop and Launch Necessary Disney Initiatives & Content" campaign. We believe this focused petition will enhance our request and prevent the risk of rejection, especially given its direct connection to our previously-established and complete campaign.

We have carefully crafted our petition to enhance its effectiveness while preventing the chances of being rejected, dismissed, or misunderstood. We aim to bring the important changes for all parties involved and highlight the need for safety, securing the support and recognition we are following. The realization of our goal is important to our long, required purpose.

This focused petition shows the importance of the highly-anticipated "Miracle" and "Charm" franchises, which are already part of our interconnected "Develop and Launch New Necessary/Required/Solicited Disney Initiatives & Content" petition. Including both franchises in our campaign and strengthening its justification is important. Disney must recognize and approve our original request before moving forward with this latest version. Despite the long description, we must show the important and positive changes that our petition aims to achieve.
Kindly be advised that our entire request is connected to our related petition for "Develop and Launch New Necessary/Required/Solicited Disney Initiatives & Content" to strengthen our request and avoid any sudden dismissal or invalidation of our present proposition.
We have initiated this exclusive petition to show the importance of the much-awaited "Miracle" and "Charm" franchises included in our interlinked "Develop and Launch New Necessary/Required/Solicited Disney Initiatives & Content" petition. Disney must recognize and validate our initial petition before approving our latest one.

We are supporting for the meaningful realization and permanent presence of the "Miracle" and "Charm" franchises and all related projects. A petition has been initiated to ensure the longevity of these efforts. These initiatives perfectly use Disney's agreement to spreading joy and happiness.
We must recognize the importance of these projects and not belittle or criticize their worth. Our petition must keep its validity and effectiveness. We cannot allow it to lose power due to the consequences of inaction and passivity. Immediate action is needed to honor our petition, demonstrate respect, and protect the well-being of all involved. Delays or dismissals will only invalidate progress and discredit our mission.
We urge Disney to immediately approve our petition, ensuring the continuation of these initiatives and securing steady fan support. Let us stand together in our loyalty to see these projects grow and eliminate any unwarranted doubts or criticisms. Our focus is on a strong, effective petition that dispels misinformation, with no allowance for neglect or uncertainties.

Disney's immediate attention to our official and valid petition is important. Unfortunately, if Disney still continue to invalidate or discredit the importance of our petition after a careful review because of unclear words, it will invalidate our hard work and become backfired, and potentially result in negative consequences. This problem may interfere with the Disney community and lose fan loyalty. We need to address this issue immediately. By working together, we can stop this disrespectful/dismissive behavior and protect Disney's reputation and loyal following permanently. We also urge Disney to educate themselves on the unclear words by using dictionaries or a quick online search to enhance their understanding and vocabulary for good.

For example:

  • "Upon the trailer release" means immediately after, or very soon after, a trailer for a movie or show is made public.
  • "Building upon its justification" means to strengthen or expand the reasons and evidence supporting a claim or action.

We respectfully request that Disney recognize and validate our petition, which we have submitted legally and appropriately. We urge them to stop removing, ignoring, dismissing, rejecting, or neglecting it, as such actions would be unacceptable and damage our petition's purpose.
These actions would threaten our petition's validity and effectiveness and potentially cause harm to those who have signed it and the entire Disney community. We would face serious trauma, embarrassment, and strong feelings of misery, sadness, fear, panic, and worry.
We implore Disney to stop these unlawful and unethical actions, which would render our petition invalid and ineffective and discredit our efforts. We risk causing harm and perpetuating problems if our petition is still ignored or dismissed, causing unwarranted claims, premature announcements, and unrealistic expectations about our petition's confirmation, casting choices, or non-existed franchises. We urge a permanent and respectful decision to this issue, as any other ongoing course of action would be unlawful and potentially lead to more trauma and disappointment.
The reason for this worry is that Disney's sudden dismissal or rejection of our petition without justification would be illegal and damage our validity of our efforts, which would wrongfully and unacceptably breaching fair process, violating our rights, and clearly breaking international laws. We are agreed to addressing this issue peacefully and respectfully; we hope that Disney will work with us to find a solution that honors our petition's integrity and the community it represents. It is important for our cause and well-being that Disney recognizes our petition, as demonstrated by their past approval of similar requests through their simple system.

We propose two new, permanently active, in-production Disney franchises—"Miracle" and "Charm"—each set in different kingdoms within the shared "Wish" universe and featuring all new and existing characters from both franchises and the "Wish" movie. We also mandate a specific operational organization, content direction, and digital presence for permanent success and maximum fan engagement.

Main Elements of the Proposed Franchises:

  • Main Concept: Two permanently active, unlimited franchises, set in two individual different kingdom locations (Nighthaven in "Miracle" and Heighton in "Charm") within the shared "Wish" universe. All new characters are Disney heroes, heroines, allies, and original American citizens with different full names and specific abilities (swimming ability, singing talent, immunity to fear, and prohibition of shrieking and squealing).
  • Franchise Acquisition: The Walt Disney Company acquiring and owning two franchises.
  • Character Concepts (without glasses or earrings):
    * Anya Gabrielle (full name: Anya Paget Gabrielle, the main protagonist, voiced by Brie Larson), Bailey Kane (full name: Bailey Anna Kane, voiced by Stephanie Beatriz), and Dinah Montclair (full name: Dinah Pride Montclair, voiced by Kelly MacDonald) are Disney Princesses, allies, and American adult heroes and heroines wearing colorful dresses in the "Miracle" franchise, with unchanged casual outfits in the "Disney Princess" franchise.
    * Kimberly Miranda (full name: Kimberly Dove Miranda, the main protagonist, voiced by Bethany Joy Lenz, who requires voice acting training before portraying this character), Dawn Beauregard (full name: Dawn Cora Beauregard, voiced by Sarah-Nicole Robles), Andrea Tarwater (full name: Andrea Nicole Tarwater, voiced by Kristen Bell) and Trinity Avaline (full name: Trinity Lexi Avaline, voiced by Idina Menzel) are Disney Princesses, allies, and American adult heroes and heroines wearing colorful dresses in the "Charm" franchise, with unchanged casual outfits in the "Disney Princess" franchise.
  • Brand Agreement: Both franchises will officially reveal Asha's last name "Ridgeway" and her full name "Asha Evelyn Ridgeway," recognize Asha, Anya, Bailey, Dinah, Kimberly, Dawn, Andrea, and Trinity as official Disney Princesses, and promote the "Wish" movie into a Disney multimedia franchise. These details will be confirmed in all promotional materials.
  • Current Character Voice Confirmation: Confirm Brie Larson as the current voice of Anya Gabrielle, Stephanie Beatriz as the current voice of Bailey Kane, Kelly MacDonald as the current voice of Dinah Montclair, Bethany Joy Lenz as the current voice of Kimberly Miranda, Sarah-Nicole Robles as the current voice of Dawn Beauregard, Kristen Bell as the current voice of Andrea Tarwater, and Idina Menzel as the current voice of Trinity Avaline.
  • Creative Direction:
    * Main focus on spring and summer themes with occasional autumn and winter seasons.
    * Strict absence of dream sequences and side stories across all productions and publications.
    * Additional 3D computer-animated "Miracle" and "Charm" theatrical and Disney+ original productions would be in Technicolor (based on the restored 1963 "Summer Magic" DVD restoration using the same color saturation and the correct cinematic exposure from the 1961 "Babes in Toyland" movie restoration, without film grain), 2:35:1 anamorphic ratio, 4K Ultra HD resolution, and with a permanent MPAA G rating.
    * Disney+ originals must follow specific technical specifications: 2:35:1 anamorphic ratio (exclusively for 3D computer-animated ones), 4K Ultra HD resolution, no dream sequences, no side stories, limited original music, permanent MPAA G ratings.
    * All theatrical and Disney+ original productions with permanent MPAA G ratings.
    * All music scores—including TV shows—will have no horror or suspense themes, along with any suspenseful violin sound effects associated with horror.
    * The use of music scores across all TV shows and Disney+ originals will be limited to avoid overuse.
    * Permanent prohibition of words related to "shriek," "squeal," "assault," and "insult" will be permanently prohibited in all related content and two entire franchises.
    * An additional, related initiative called "Miracle Mode" included in each type of content.
  • Production Inclusion: 3D computer-animated movies include "Miracle," "Miracle 2," "Miracle 3," "Charm," "Charm 2," and "Charm 3" while 3D computer-animated short films include "Miracle Moment," "Anya's Miracle Adventure," "Miracle Motion," "Charm Capture," "Kimberly's Charm Adventure," "Charm Castle," and other "Miracle"/"Charm"/"Wish" crossovers.
  • Mandatory Content Requirements:
  • * Each franchise will include several, related 3D computer-animated movies and short films, produced collaboratively by Walt Disney Animation Studios and Toonz Media Group, following Disney's established animation style.
  • * All content will be created in a 2:35:1 anamorphic aspect ratio and delivered in a 4K Ultra HD resolution. Every production will carry a permanent G rating from the MPAA.
  • * Films will be released theatrically and made permanently available on Disney+, becoming an official part of the Walt Disney Animation Studios collection.
  • An Official "Miracle Wiki" and "Charm Wiki" Announcement: Provide authorized information through official news outlets about a "Miracle Wiki" (miraclewiki.com) and "Charm Wiki" (charmwiki.com) announcement for the community's positive and supportive benefit. The "Miracle Wiki" and "Charm Wiki," two wiki-powered encyclopedia installed on the MediaWiki platform for both franchises, aim to collaborate with Wikipedia and its authorized users to establish two permanent homes without any limitations or restrictions. If these domain names are unavailable or taken, Wikipedia will find two different domains to host.
  • Digital Presence:
    * Mandatory, permanently active official websites ("disneymiracle.com," "disneycharm.com") and verified social media presence across major platforms (Facebook, X, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok) with Disney-verified gold checkmarks on X. Continuous accessibility and operations are non-negotiable.
  • Content Strategy:
    * Classify all characters as standard Disney characters, created by The Walt Disney Company.
    * Keep all current voice actors for all characters with no changes or replacements across all platforms.
    * All characters speak and sing only in US English (American accent) across all platforms.
    * Add characters into different Disney games (like "Disney Magic Kingdoms," "Disney Solitaire," "Disney Miracle Mode," "Disney Heroes: Battle Mode," "Disney Emoji Blitz Game," "Disney Magic Match 3D," "Disney Dreamlight Valley," "Disney Prideglow Land," "Disney Dawnbright Lane," "Disney Auraheaven Kingdom," and "Disney Glorylife World") and the "Miracle Mode" franchise collection.
    * Focus on books (all formats, including "Music Player" and "Movie Theater" books), games (mobile and video), Disney+ originals, merchandise (toys, products, etc.), potential spin-offs, and other related content (without comics, graphic novels, novels, and junior novels).
    * Show clearly American content, accessibility, and preservation across all platforms.
    * All "Miracle" and "Charm" productions on Disney+ available permanently without removals or deletions.
    * Mobile games—including those co-developed by Disney and Zynga, along with those by Disney and Futureplay (grouped separately)—must be offline, 100% free, and permanently downloadable without advertisements, in-app purchases, notifications, and in-game currencies, preventing future discontinuation or removal.
    * Video games must be offline and permanently downloadable without advertisements, in-app purchases, notifications, and in-game currencies, preventing future discontinuation or removal.
    * Add four individual settings for sound, voice, music, and subtitles in all planned and future games, and a music player into every video game.
  • Early Character Appearance: Publish an official and accurate announcement confirming that Anya, Bailey, Dinah, Andrea, and Trinity will appear early in different Disney productions, games, and projects before their debut in their related movie titles.
  • Soundtrack Releases: Permanent release of all original, uncut music tracks from franchise games, shows, Disney+ originals, productions, and promotional videos (featuring new, exclusive music) in individual physical and digital soundtrack albums. Separate albums for all individual vocal and instrumental tracks, with instrumental versions kept in their original, unedited states without all vocals, choruses, choirs, and vocal-following instruments.
  • Promotional Materials:
    * Create and release new official logo-free individual and group character posters in original, different HD resolutions (PNG formats) on official franchise websites without image noise. All characters must be represented with no absences.
    * All franchise assets (backgrounds, concept art, character designs, transparent character artwork) must be permanently available for free personal download from "disneymiracle.com" and "disneycharm.com" in PNG formats and original, different resolutions without image noise.
    * Create individual character emblems for each character, similar to those used for characters in the "Mario" franchise.
    * Create and upload several permanent, unremovable "Miracle" and "Charm" franchise promotional videos to the official Disney, "Miracle," and "Charm" YouTube channels without removals, starting from "Brie Larson Explaining About Miracle."
    * Create and upload an official "Miracle" franchise and movie trailer featuring Anya, Bailey, and Dinah with their dialogues, marking their first debut.
    * Create and upload an official "Charm" franchise and movie trailer featuring Kimberly, Dawn, Andrea, and Trinity with their dialogues, marking their first debut.
    * Develop and permanently release individual Disney art books for each franchise in all formats, available continuously in stores without discontinuation or removal.
  • TV Series Production & Style and Animated Promotional Posters:
    * A focus on a Disney Television Animation and Disney Jr. approach, based on "Amphibia," is important.
    * Accurately using a "The End" tagline in the final episodes of all TV shows and Disney+ original animated series, and including "End of Part [Number]" for the ending parts of all TV shows within the "Charm" franchise by Disney Television Animation and Disney Jr. This idea comes from the presentation style showed in "Amphibia."
    * Organize part sections (e.g., "Part 1," "Part 2") in the "Season 1" category on streaming platforms like Disney+ and Apple TV/iTunes for all TV shows within the "Miracle" and "Charm" franchises.
    * Create and release new promotional posters for the official show finales of all TV shows and Disney+ original series in the franchise, following the design approach of Disney TVA's marketing materials for "All In" and "The Hardest Thing" in the "Amphibia" series. These posters will be available in both image and animated formats, based on the successful marketing strategies used by Disney Television Animation. To keep quality and visual appearance, the designs will be provided in original resolutions and PNG formats (without image noise) and displayed on the official websites: "disneymiracle.com," "disneycharm.com," "disneytelevisionanimation.com," and "disneyjunior.com."
    * The opening episode title card and end credits style from "Amphibia" (2019) for all episodes across the "Miracle" and "Charm" franchises.
    * "The Wonderful World of Miracle," "The Wonderful World of Charm," and "Charm Culture" would be three Disney Television Animation series.
    * "Anya" would be the first Disney Jr. animated series in the "Miracle" franchise.
    * "Kimberly" would be the first Disney Jr. animated series in the "Charm" franchise.
    * All main characters and protagonists will appear in most episodes and be entirely absent in one episode across all TV shows and Disney+ original animated series.
  • Proposed Creative Projects:
    * "Miracle" & "Charm" Film: Produce two new 3D computer-animated films, "Miracle" and "Charm," as the first installments for two franchises, produced by Walt Disney Animation Studios and Toonz Media Group in a 2:35:1 anamorphic widescreen ratio, 4K Ultra HD resolution, and visual standards, for a theatrical and permanent Disney+ release. Includes requirements for original songs, instrumental versions, and orchestral score by Mark Mothersbaugh and TJ Hill (using Db major, Eb major, E major, F# major, Ab major, A major, Bb major, B major, Bb minor, C minor, C# minor, Eb minor, F minor, F# minor, G minor, and G# minor without horror/suspense elements). All original songs for the "Miracle" and "Charm" films, individually composed in Eb, Db, E, F#, Ab, A, and B major (96-110BPM, 4/4 time), each with a complete, non-fading outro, plus full, unedited instrumental versions (including reprises, without all vocals, choruses, choirs, and vocal-following instruments) and original, uncut orchestral scores for two complete physical and digital movie soundtrack album distributions before the theatrical releases are also proposed.
    * Newly-Original Composed Songs & Orchestral Scores: We offer newly composed songs for future "Miracle" and "Charm" franchises' productions, individually scored in Db major, Eb major, E major, F# major, Ab major, A major, Bb major, B major, Bb minor, C minor, C# minor, Eb minor, F minor, F# minor, G minor, and G# minor (80-120BPM, 4/4 time), each ending with a full, non-fading outro and accompanied by complete, unedited instrumental versions (including reprises, without all vocals, choruses, choirs, and vocal-following instruments) for individual vocal and instrumental soundtrack releases in physical and digital formats. For future "Miracle" and "Charm" franchises' theatrical productions, we propose individual, complete soundtrack albums—released in physical and digital formats before the theatrical and Disney+ release—featuring original orchestral scores by Mark Mothersbaugh and TJ Hill in Db major, Eb major, E major, F# major, Ab major, A major, Bb major, B major, Bb minor, C minor, C# minor, Eb minor, F minor, F# minor, G minor, and G# minor without horror/suspense elements.
    * Co-Developed Disney & Zynga Mobile Apps: "Miracle: Miracle Mode," "Miracle: Wishing Star," "Charm: Miracle Mode," and "Charm: Magical World" are proposed. Both apps are also offline, 100% free, and permanently downloadable without advertisements, in-app purchases, notifications, and in-game currencies.
  • Character Introduction: After the successful development and launch of the "Miracle" and "Charm" franchises, we are excited to introduce their characters into "Miracle Mode," "Disney Ultimate Infinity," and a remastered Nintendo Switch version of "Kinect: Disneyland Adventures." Further details can be found in our petitions, "Develop and Launch New Necessary/Required/Solicited Disney Initiatives & Content" and "Remaster and Port 'Kinect: Disneyland Adventures' to Nintendo Switch." We await Disney's immediate confirmation to move forward.

Reason and Urgency:

The immediate establishment of this franchise, following the specified guidelines, is important for Disney's continued success and keeping fan loyalty. Delays, rejections, negativities, or uncertainties from these recommendations are planned to result in serious damage to the franchise and negative consequences for Disney's reputation. Failure to act quickly will also result in trauma to the fan community and a threat to Disney's future success.

But still continuing to ignore or reject this proposal anyway risks damaging Disney's relationship with its loyal fan community and harming its reputation. Addressing this pattern of disrespect and considering these suggestions is important. Failure to do so could lose goodwill and lead to unintended consequences.

We plan to create and permanently release high-quality digital assets for the "Miracle" and "Charm" franchises, planned for distribution across different online platforms. This initiative contains two parts:

1. 3D CGI and Technicolor Artworks:

  • Description: Create different 3D CGI artworks and additional Technicolor artworks (without film grain) featuring individual "Miracle" and "Charm" characters.
  • Technical Specifications: Rendered in 3D CGI, with Technicolor using the same color saturation from the restored 1963 DVD movie "Summer Magic" and the correct cinematic exposure from the restored 1961 Disney movie "Babes in Toyland." Artworks will depict full-body character views, set at different times of day, presented in a 2:35:1 anamorphic ratio and 4K Ultra HD resolution. The visual style will match the 3D CGI design of Disney's current and future 3D computer-animated movies, and will be set in an overworld environment.
  • Distribution: Permanently hosted on "disneymiracle.com" and "disneycharm.com" in original resolutions and high-quality PNG formats without JPG/image noise.

2. 3D CGI and Technicolor Music Videos:

  • Description: Producing and releasing 3D computer-animated music videos, along with additional music videos in Technicolor without film grain, featuring individual "Charm" characters. Full, unedited instrumental versions of all songs (without all vocals, choruses, choirs, and vocal-following instruments) will be released as physical and digital album releases.
  • Technical Specifications: Videos will begin with a fade-in and end with a fade-out to black, presented in 2:35:1 anamorphic ratios and 4K Ultra HD resolutions. Technicolor music videos will use the same color saturation from the restored 1963 DVD movie "Summer Magic" and the correct cinematic exposure from the restored 1961 Disney classic "Babes in Toyland." The visual style will match the 3D CGI design of Disney's current and future 3D computer-animated films, set in an overworld environment.
  • Distribution: Permanently released on the official "Miracle," "Charm," and "DisneyMusicVEVO" YouTube channels, along with Disney+.

Justification and Urgency:

We show the recognized requirement of these projects for the continued success of the "Miracle" and "Charm" franchises and Disney in general. We also stress the importance of quick acceptance, warning about potential negative consequences such as fan disappointment, panic, and trauma if the project is delayed, canceled, or mishandled. This initiative was an issue of keeping fan well-being and peace of mind.

Unfortunately, still ignoring or rejecting this proposal could harm Disney's relationship with its loyal fan community and potentially damage its reputation. It's important to address this current pattern and carefully consider these suggestions. Failing to do this could have unintended consequences and damage the goodwill Disney has made.

We propose creating and releasing "A Frozen Bedtime Story," a 30-minute, 3D computer-animated short film, planned as a Disney+ original. Produced by Walt Disney Animation Studios and Toonz Media Group, the project aims to expand the "Miracle," "Charm," and "Frozen" franchises while introducing new characters and storylines from the upcoming "Enchantment" feature film. This short will mostly strengthen the "Miracle," "Charm," and "Frozen" franchises by revealing the "Walden" last name for Anna and Elsa and "Ridgeway" last name for Asha with official confirmation. The proposed short will feature original musical scores, a current visual style, and a heartwarming story designed to inspire a large audience. We believe this project represents a great opportunity to enhance the Disney+ platform and mostly engage with the "Frozen" fan community.

Synopsis:

Set shortly after losing Anna and Elsa's parents at sea, "A Frozen Bedtime Story" focuses on a 15-year-old Anna Walden (in her established outfit) as she feels unhappy while she have nothing to do. The narrative follows Anna as she prepares for bed earlier, and reads a story that explores two different fantasy sequences:

  • The Floating Rainbow Lanterns: This sequence introduces characters from the "Enchantment" universe (Victoria Dolence, Brooke Green, Alexander Wellington, Charlie Dixon, Grace Miranda, Daphne Walden, Elora Walden, Lavender Wright, Nicole Amendola, Diana Michelle, Mary Bright, Gabrielle Lopez, Molly Campbell, Marigold Delight, Athena Newcombe, Gloria Blueman, Skye Braithwaite, Polly Amendon, Anita Bowman, Destiny Octavia, Blair Applegate, Oliver White, Jonathan Zamora, David Baker, Raymond Edelbrock, Harvey Wilton, Laura Brighton, Dwayne Goodheart, Courtney Garland, Elijah Richmond, and Walter Earnheart) in a self-contained, happily-ever-after narrative, offering a preview of their roles in the upcoming feature film.
  • Magical Stars: This sequence takes place within the "Miracle," "Charm," and "Wish" universes, featuring Anya as the main protagonist with Asha and all characters from the "Miracle," "Charm," and "Wish" films. The story would end in a perfect, happy conclusion.

The short film ends with Anna closing her book, falling asleep, and smiling after her imagined bedtime story sequence ends. Elsa will not be featured in the short film.

Main Elements:

  • Visual Style: 3D computer animation, following the established design of Disney's current and upcoming movies with a 2:35:1 anamorphic aspect ratio.
  • Music: Original scores composed for the short film, avoiding horror or suspense elements, specifically designed for each sequence.
  • Film Intro: The short film starts with a sad musical score part in G# minor, 79BPM, and 4/4 time signature featuring a guitar, strings, oboe, flute, and clarinet.
  • Character Development: The short slightly portrays Anna's emotional state through her actions and feelings, allowing the fantasy sequences to provide an act of hope and confidence.
  • Franchise Addition: Strategically introduces new characters and concepts from "Enchantment" while stating the familiar world of "Frozen" and the characters from "Miracle," "Charm," and "Wish."

Voice Casting:

We recommend the following voice cast:

  • Kristen Bell as Anna Walden
  • Taylor Louderman as Victoria Dolence
  • Amanda Seyfried as Brooke Green
  • Justin Timberlake as Alexander Wellington
  • Kevin Duda as Charlie Dixon
  • Abbi Jacobson as Lavender Wright
  • Lilla Crawford as Nicole Amendola
  • Jordyn Kane as Grace Miranda
  • Angelina Jolie as Daphne Walden
  • Martin Freeman as Elora Walden
  • Anya-Taylor Joy as Skye Braithwaite
  • Lexi Walker as Polly Amendon
  • Emily Tennant as Anita Bowman
  • Ali Brustofski as Diana Michelle
  • Zooey Deschanel as Mary Bright
  • Jessica DiCicco as Gabrielle Lopez
  • Giselle Fernandez as Molly Campbell
  • Anna Kendrick as Marigold Delight
  • Katie Crown as Athena Newcombe
  • Elan Luz Rivera as Gloria Blueman
  • Lea Michele as Destiny Octavia
  • Megan Hilty as Blair Applegate
  • Hugh Dancy as Oliver White
  • Sean Hankinson as Jonathan Zamora
  • Kevin Afghani as David Baker
  • Charlie Day as Raymond Edelbrock
  • Chris Pratt as Harvey Wilton
  • Phillipa Soo as Laura Brighton
  • Lin-Manuel Miranda as Dwayne Goodheart
  • Anna Brisbin as Courtney Garland
  • Nat Faxon as Elijah Richmond
  • James Monroe Iglehart as Walter Earnheart
  • Reusing the original voice cast from the "Miracle," "Charm," and "Wish" movies

After expanding the existing "Frozen" music, new Disney character vocalists are being invited:

  • Victoria Dolence (singing "For the First Time in Forever," "For the First Time in Forever (Reprise)," and "The Next Right Thing")
  • Brooke Green (singing "For the First Time in Forever," "Let It Go," and "Into the Unknown")

Victoria will say the lines, "You don't need to protect me. I'm not afraid. You don't know what you're doing," before singing her musical number, "For the First Time in Forever (Reprise)."

Marketing and Distribution:

  • Disney+ Exclusive: The short film will be a permanent fixture on the Disney+ platform.
  • Brand Agreement: The short will officially reveal Anna and Elsa's last name "Walden," Asha's last name "Ridgeway," and her full name "Asha Evelyn Ridgeway," with accompanying confirmation in all promotional materials.
  • Walt Disney Animation Studios Collection: Inclusion within the Walt Disney Animation Studios collection on Disney+.
  • MPAA Rating: We recommend securing a permanent MPAA G rating, effective after the trailer release.

Additional Products:

  • Original Soundtrack Album: A complete soundtrack album, available both physically and digitally, featuring all original uncut music tracks, including instrumental versions (full, unedited, without all vocals and vocal-following instruments).
  • Music Videos: 3D computer-animated music videos (2:35:1 anamorphic, 4K Ultra HD) for all songs, released on the official "Enchantment" and "DisneyMusicVEVO" YouTube channels, along with Disney+, before their addition into the short film.
  • Illustrated Storybook: An illustrated Disney storybook, "A Frozen Bedtime Story," based on the short film's story (with complete storylines), including "The Floating Rainbow Lanterns" and "Magical Stars" sequences.
  • Read-Along Version: A companion read-along version of the storybook featuring original character voices, allowing young readers for a complete and unrestricted experience.

Justification:

This project is important to keeping the population of the "Miracle," "Charm," and "Frozen" franchises. Its long-term availability on Disney+, combined with the introduction of characters from "Enchantment" and the expansion of the "Charm" and "Wish" universes, offers huge promotional opportunities. The project requires an immediate attention to prevent delays, cancellations, speculations, or misrepresentations.

Unfortunately, the continued ignorance or rejection of this proposal presents a serious risk to Disney's relationship with its loyal fan community and could harm its brand reputation. Addressing this pattern and carefully considering the showed suggestions is important for preventing potential reputational and financial harm.
