Hi neighbors,

As a South Nyack resident living on the hillside, I am deeply concerned about pedestrian safety on South Blvd. Our road is narrow, busy, and has a double-yellow line, yet it completely lacks a sidewalk. Every day, local residents, young adults, and many children—including Nyack and Yeshiva school students—are forced to walk directly alongside passing traffic. It is a major safety hazard. A sidewalk on the western side of South Blvd would give our children and community a secure place to walk. Please sign this petition to gather signatures to demonstrate interest in this improvement.
