Barkers Landing Rd is a heavily unwalkable road. With a middle school 2 roads away, it should be walkable and bikeable to ensure the safety of students. Scotton Landing, a fishing dock owned by the Delaware Division of Fish & Wildlife, is just up the road aswell. A car shouldnt be a requirement to safely walk or bike to your location.

Children who need to walk down the road to get to school are required to walk in the nearby grass, or the road just to get to school safely. This poses a great danger to the students of Magnolia Middle school, and change is desperately needed soon.
