An update on the Cordova Bay construction. Crews will be starting with some preliminary tasks (locates, test holes, etc) on Monday next week (July 27). The following week (August 4), our crews will be getting started on the underground utility work, then we are in full construction mode until project completion, which is estimated for March 2027.

During working hours (7:30-4:30, Monday to Friday), Cordova Bay Rd will often be reduced to a single lane of alternating traffic. Access will be maintained to all side streets. Traffic control personnel will be on site to assist drivers, cyclists and pedestrians; however delays should be expected.
