Runaway Kid is a character from the DLC "Secrets of the Maw" of the first Little nightmares game, and while he used to be a beloved character back in the first  years of the franchise, nowadays he flies under the radar for most new, and old fans as well. 

Us Runaway Kid fans are passionate, every time I see the content made about him I know I'm surrounded by people who love him just as much as I do. We come together, many times unaware of it to share drawings and videos about him.

With his simple design, he might seem like just another character who can easily fade in the background, but he is more than that to the many dedicated fans scattered across the world, such as myself.

We have looked past the mold people have decide to put this character on, we see the many layers he possesses; he is a perseverant child, like many others of the franchise, not afraid to do anything it takes to get away from the cage he has been left in.

The journey of the Runaway Kid is short and concise. His life is cut down short when  he almost reaches freedom, being left to be the mockery of the fandom for years to come. And I'm tired of it. So I've decided to make this petition.

Maybe I'm foolish, maybe this petition is something that won't get far away, something that I'll laugh about when I'm older. But like The Runaway Kid, I've persevered through many things, and I keep searching for freedom, for a place to belong.

Bandai Namco has collaborated with Yootooz to create figures and plushes of the most marketable characters of the Little Nightmares franchise. But where are the other characters? The ones forgotten, but that we all love? Runaway Kid is not the only one who has been left in the shadows, after all.
