Dear all supporters,
Thank you again all for your support in signing this petition to increase awareness of this cruel act and ensuring that appropriate pressure is applied to the CPS and other interested bodies to ensure a full investigation is conducted and appropriate action taken. I’m so grateful that others feel strongly about the needless and cruel manner in which this poor fox lost its life by brutal clubbing at the hands of J Maugham QC. This petition has been mentioned by many national and international newspapers; such is the interest in this important case.
The RSPCA has publicly stated that they are aware of the incident and investigating. We must however keep up the pressure to ensure this matter isn’t swept under the carpet and that the CPS also take any necessary action.
Many of us will know people not on Twitter/ Facebook that would like to sign but won’t have seen a link to this petition.
