Firstly a huge thank you to you all for signing and sharing this important petition to ensure justice. Together we have obtained over 10,000 signatories. We all share a passion for ensuring that a full investigation is conducted into the clubbing of that poor fox by Jolyon Maugham QC. The apparent celebration on twitter should also not go unchallenged. With our pressure we can ensure any appropriate action be taken on behalf of the harmed fox for any proved wrong doing.
Many of you have raised the question or tweeted of not only sharing the petition with the CPS and RSPCA but also sharing the petition with the Bar Council that oversees conduct and behaviour of barristers for consideration of any breaches in accordance with CD5.
