Closing Date for comments: Friday 8th November 5pm
The Wirral Local Plan is now in the final stages before it can be ‘Adopted’ and become the legally binding development plan for Wirral. As is normal, at the end of a lengthy ‘Examination’ of a Local Plan, the Council and Inspectors have agreed ‘Modifications’ to some of the details.
BUT, there are still those wanting to build on Green Belt, so we need your help once more.
So we need as many people as possible to respond to this last stage Consultation on the Modifications..
We do not consider it practical for most Members or the Public to wade through all the information and respond using online Response Form. So we have produced a simple template document which you can copy an paste, amend /add some personal details and simply email to localplan@wirral.gov.uk

Please take just a few minutes to send this email – it is important that we get the Brownfield Only Local Plan signed off as soon as possible.
Remember, Once the Green Belt has gone, its gone forever!
