There are template letters on the Wirral Society Page (scroll to the bottom of the page they are labelled "Download the ITPAS general response template" and "Download the ITPAS Green Belt Response Template"

The Council have confirmed that they will accept multiple responses of the same letter and record them as multiple submissions. Therefore you only have to copy and paste the letters and add your own name and address. Alternatively you can forward your own comments.

It really is important that as many people as possible send in their comments.
