Corruption! Incompetence! Evil!
The person managing the trees is either/or/and:

1. Has no dendrology studies.
2. Is getting cash on the side from arborists contractors and contractor tree vendors.
3. Knows the trees will harm people and properties but does not care.

Well as the person has been told the Tulip Tree is not safe anywhere else but in a park or someone’s large back yard let’s go with all 3!
