We, The signatories of this petition, urge the council of European Union not to execute Penka on Humanitarian grounds. Penka being an innocent animal doesn't understand the immigration laws, paperwork, international boundaries. However, we as human beings are aware of the huamn feelings like compassion, pain, love and respect. Please , let's join hands to remind ourselves that we are Humans. And, Penka(the pregnant cow) deserves our compassionate behaviour.

We request all the human beings to join hands and raise this to the animal rights organisations in India and abroad to save Penka from being killed for her crime that she crossed the border unknowingly.
