Petition for the creation of an Anti-Corruption Commission under the Parliament and Government of Finland in order to investigate numerous incidents of corruption and nepotism in Finland caused by the intervention of the FSB. The war unleashed by Russia in Ukraine is not only taking place on the battlefield. Many hundreds of thousands of people are dying on both sides: both from the aggressor country - Russia, and the victim of aggression - Ukraine.There is also a hybrid part of this big war, which is no less effective or destructive, even though it does not look so tragic at the first glance.Now the world has entered into a new phase where all masks have been dropped, and the dictator, the main terrorist on planet Earth, has finally revealed himself. The last doubts about who he was were dispelled after the events of October 7 in Israel. The Kremlin fascist regime is undoubtedly the main inspirer of Hamas. This regime is interested in destabilization and chaos throughout the world. Any military invasion is preceded by many years of preparation of the potential victim. The strongest lever in the undeclared war against democracies is the export of corruption, the creation of a fifth column and the placement of their agents in government positions. Moreover, the FSB (successor to the KGB of the USSR) uses various destruction methods for different countries. It takes into account the specific characteristics of the potential victim. Countries’ ratings in the field of corruption are compiled by a public organization called Transparency International. There is no alternative to this organization. Apparently, this organization has certain connections with the Russian FSB (there is evidence).  In recent times, a new type of state has been finally created in Finland It made possible for an official to replace government structures with impunity, bypassing the court, issue fines at their own discretion, bill for work they have not done, etc. The court itself now often automatically takes the side of the official without properly investigating the case. At the same time, corruption at the low level is completely absent. Thus, ordinary Finns are not even aware of the real state of affairs in the country. The result of the harmful activities of the “fifth column” is a decline in living standards and the general state of the economy, which naturally causes discontent in society. This is the main goal of the Russian security services. Ukraine, unexpectedly for the FSB, turned out to be a tough nut to crack, despite the abundance of agents in its country. Results on the battlefield in Ukraine largely depend on the outcome of the hybrid warfare in the territories of its allies. Another serious incident that helped me understand the real state of affairs in the bureaucratic environment in Finland occurred in 2017. By accident, I uncovered criminal actions of a monopolistic land surveying company official and reported it to the Porvoo police. And since then, for more than 6 years, officials at various levels have been organizing repressions against me. There was even an attempt to fabricate a criminal case against me with a goal to silence me. Over the course of 6 years, I have collected a sufficient number of documents proving the existence of unlawful actions with respect to inviolability of private property. I sent this evidence to various authorities, including the Minister of Internal Affairs, the Minister of Justice, and the Chancellor of Justice. I was asking to study my documents and conduct an investigation. But all my communication to them remained unanswered. There is another important fact. There is a large investigative group at YLE television in Finland, called MOT. Over the past three years, I have written to various MOT journalists asking them to conduct a journalistic investigation. All my requests remained unanswered. However, one journalist, Minna Knus-Galan, agreed to take up my case. The start of work was delayed. Later she said that she was not allowed to continue working on this case. What's happening? Who stands behind this? In fact, the MOT is engaged in imitating investigations.  It is difficult to create a state like Finland used to be 20 years ago, where honesty and legality were a priority. But it is very easy to destroy it if the Russian FSB takes over the “case”. The new government of Finland is now pursuing the only correct foreign policy, in my opinion. Hopefully someday it will also get to domestic politics, and it will get rid of the “fifth column” in power, corruption and nepotism. I ask you to sign my petition. The petition is intended for the government led by Petteri Orpo. This petition is a request to initiate a thorough investigation that officials are afraid to deal with. I am sure that during the investigation a lot of interesting details will be revealed about the connection between the Russian regime and Finnish officials.
